We stayed for 2 nights in the studio apartment, one of 3 apartments on site. beautifully appointed, spotlessly clean, leather recliners, well sprung mattress and lovely bedlinen, soft towels in a luxurious bathroom, great choice of cereals, breads, juices and condiments for a do it yourself breakfast, well cared for grounds to stroll and enjoy the view, and a pool area with chairs to relax and feel the tranquility of the surrounds. Will highly recommend, and would return any time !!!

Stayed in the studio for one night. It was beautifully appointed, spotlessly clean, comfy bed, fluffy towels, included breakfast provisions - there was so much to choose from - cereals, bread, condiments, diced fruit, juice, tea, coffee etc Full kitchen and washing machine. Peaceful, close to activities, towns, cafes etc. The grounds are lovely and the pool looked inviting. Will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended

Wonderful place to stay and really big.......large bedroom, big open kitchen, dining and lounge area. Rang Sandy for code when we arrived without any dramas. She kept in touch and even sent a message asking if everything was ok! Bed extremely comfortable. Thank heavens the air con worked well as it was hot hot hot in Gloucester. Fans in the lounge and bedroom as well. Lovely verandah out front overlooking the mountains but really too hot to sit out at the table and enjoy as it was just too hot. Breakfast supples were excellent and everything available you needed in the kitchen. There is also a pool and lovely garden area to relax in. It is about 5kms out of Gloucester but this is not a problem at all. Great food at the Country Club about 2ks down the road if you want a great dinner. All in all an excellent place to stay with a very caring and courteous host....thx Sandy.…

We stayed at Avon View four nights in the Pepper Corn unit. This is an excellent B and B and a great, peaceful place to stay to explore Gloucester and the Barrington Tops. It is probably the most comfortable self contained accommodation we have stayed at for a long while. Breakfast is continental which is left in the cupboard and refrigerator. This was perfect for our needs and plentiful. Bed and lounges are very comfortable and Bathroom was an excellent layout with separate toilet. Washing machine was a bonus too. I would have no hesitation in recommending Avon view Stays.
