This a beautiful 4 room private accomodation. We stayed in Room 1 it was bright, fresh and well appointed. I particularly liked the extra touches eg fudge, plenty of Sheridan towels, high quality toiletries etc. The property offers undercover parking and is located on a quiet street opposite the Police station a short walk to Cafes. It’s close to Barrington Tops National Park driving through some lovely farming country. The property is very well priced and I would definitely stay there again.
Excellent off street and under cover parking, lock up space also available. Very neat and tidy, bed is great, quality little setup. Room for i person or couple excellent, walking distance to center of town and hospitality options, opposite police station, very quite. Good access to all roads.
spent 3 nights here, room was compact, would have preferred a bit bigger, bathroom was reasonable size, shower had plenty of pressure and hot water, toiletries were supplied and of good quality, tea and coffee is supplied however on arrival no coffee. a contact number is supplied for you to ring to get extra supplies. The bed was very comfortable and we slept well. Overall it was an ok stay.
The grandkids absolutely loved the elephant “towels” on their beds and the chocolate’s. The reverse cycle air con heating made it very cosy very quickly (we just had to be patient and wait for it to kick in 😁). Thankyou
Well named – opposite the police station, on the extension of the main street. Essentially, it is a converted house which has 4 accommodation rooms. Room 1 is tiny – it is over-crowded with furniture leaving only a small space around the bed - which seems to be facing the wrong direction. When watching TV the guest on the right side of the bed can only see half the screen. Bathroom is spacious but there’s no hooks to hang your clothes while showering and the towel rail is at the opposite end to the shower (????). Tea/coffee and bathroom provisions were all good quality and it’s nice to relax with a wine on the front verandah in the late afternoon. Undercover parking is provided at the rear of the property, accessed by a narrow laneway. Noise from the adjoining room was quite audible – mild coughing and movement. This means our room was similar – be careful what you say. Sleep quality was fair with noise intrusion from the occasional passing vehicle and early morning trucks. When departing about 9am, confusion over the key safe on the front wall was thankfully solved by the lady next door. An earlier call to the accommodation number went to message bank. We received their text response at 11.27.…
