We have just got back from 2 nights away and we are pleasantly surprised . The accomodation, lovely, the farm animals were cute, Marie is friendly and makes the whole place seem welcoming. We camped at Altamira with another couple and a family of four 1-3 March 2024. The owners are very easy going - we were able to camp anywhere on the vast mowed area, so it was easy to find a level spot. The children really enjoyed the free-roaming goats, sheep, alpaca, peacocks and more. The nights were really quiet - morning after rain was misty and atmospheric. The pool and surrounds is very clean and inviting; the creek across the road was flowing and clear. We thoroughly enjoyed everything about Altamira and will be back.
