We booked into the park on the recommendation of others. We had a double cement slab, situated near a camp kitchen with easy access to ablution facilities. All of these amenities were clean and tidy, and with the camp kitchen it was cleaned at least twice per day.

the yards and camp sites are regularly maintained and kept very tidy, the staff appear to take pride in their work in this regard.

If you're looking for a great relaxing holiday consider Evans Head all year round..

There's fantastic range of accomodatoon on offer from Reflections Holiday Park ..

Cabins , camping of caravan sites cater for all your holiday needs ..

Here at Evans Heads , you can walk to a very good patrolled surfing beach , walk to the picturesque river estuary to swim , fish or kyack or to take your tinnie for a run up river ..

You can also walk to the very good village shopping centre , supermarket , restaurants , hotel & local RSL or Bowling clubs ..

Finally Evans Head is only 15 mins drive from either larger towns of Ballina or Lismore where a wide range of shopping is on offer..

For us there is no more perfect holiday location than Evans Head NSW..

We had a cabin (3) adults and it was squeeky clean and everything you ever wanted was supplied inside. Towels were fluffy and sheets clean and blankets smelt fresh - we couldn't have picked a better place to stay for 2 nites. Our little balcony proved a great place to sit and enjoy the sun

This was meant to be a family holiday to relax after experiencing a traumatic two years. This place only added to the stress we were already experiencing.
The staff knew wet weather was on the way and still placed us on sites that regularly flooded. My families sites were moved and when I arrived 6 days later, my sister had accidentally set up on the site the office had given me at reception. There were vans parked to her left and it made sense that her site must have been the one to the right.
The park is completely open and not secure. 3 days after I arrived and 5 nights after my sister had already set up on my site I was told I had to move. Staff were extremely rude and the manager was unprofessional, condescending and clearly lacked experience in her role. At the time I was approached I was there by myself, and said I couldn’t move on my own and I needed my families help. The manager just kept repeating “I understand” but also continued to repeat “you need to start moving now”. I became quite upset as I have physical limitations. The staff in the office had said they could send someone to help me and then the manager said no.
It’s concerning that they go this long without checking their venue. Anyone could be there. It’s not safe. One local lady warned me not to walk up towards the break wall as she had previously been attacked there and pulled off her bike. She warned me that the area is not safe, especially at night - which the park is completely open to all of this area.
The amenity blocks were absolutely disgusting, and I noted the same dirt, grime, clogged toilets and “skid marks” there for at least 4 days straight. The smell was disgusting. I also noted that the cleaning logs on the back of the doors hadn’t been completed for several days, but once I pointed this out, they were magically completed and backdated.
There is zero covid safe practices in place - especially since they have absolutely no clue who could be on the property. They did not even check my details.
Evans Head is a lovely place and there is plenty of other alternative accommodation. It’s such a. Shame that this caravan park is letting the town down.
I can’t help but assume this is how all Reflections parks are run and so will make sure I avoid all of them in the future. This one in particular is way overpriced, and just putrid.
Now looking at the other bad reviews of this place, I won’t be surprised if they reply with some condescending rubbish. Avoid at all costs. I’m now having to spend more money and time on organising a proper holiday to make up for the nightmare we just experienced.

We stayed in a premium villa for 2 people right beside the river for 4 nights. Cabin was modern, clean, spacious and nicely decorated. The cabin had everything we needed for cooking and we loved that it had a dishwasher, washing machine and outdoor bbq. We found plenty of walks and cycles in the area to keep us active and we also took a quick drive to Coroki pub and had a lunch in Ballina.

We stayed here for a week. My wife, 2 kids and I enjoyed an ensuite site using a tent and my mum and dad enjoyed a budget cabin. The cabin was great to have meals and sit outside as the breeze blew straight through. The Camp kitchens were equipped with stove tops, BBQs and sinks with one camp kitchen with an oven. The pedestrians gates lead to a beach and the river. The front gate leads to the centre of town and the north fence leads you to the Bowls club, which is perfect for bare foot bowls. If you want a meeting place where you can park your car at the site and walk everywhere, shops, restaurants, bakery, etc, give this place a visit. We will certainly be back.

We paid $750 for three nights accommodation in an extremely nice cabin overlooking a carpark, public land and then the river. Management gave the camp sites directly behind our cabin to carloads of P platers. No security or camp authority did anything to enforce curfew. When, after a completely sleepless night listening to screaming, swearing and raucous laughter, we complained, management told us that they had already spoken to the group after multiple complaints and that we should have phoned the after hours number. We asked to be moved but there were no alternative cabins available. Other campers nearby packed up and moved. The following night was interrupted by random loud yells from behind our cabin. Management offered us $106 credit for future reflections visits. We feel this is insufficient compensation. All staff at Evans Head, management included, were extremely polite and friendly, but the ground is too crowded, too loud and too expensive. We will not stay there again.

This park is huge, we paid for a deluxe river view cabin at $376 a night, we stayed 5 nights. Quite expensive we thought for a caravan park, we did indeed have a river view from our cabin, across a public car park, the river view was obscured most of the time by cars and camper vans stopping to take in the view and fish. The walk way from the cabin to the breakwater is very pretty but again its public land. The park facilities are ok, a nice children's playground but no swimming pool and the river is very fast / tidal flowing so children need very close supervision if not adult participation.
The cabin itself was very clean and everything needed was provided, the beds were comfortable but the beds were made up with triple sheeting and the blankets used were not freshly laundered. The internet was none existent, a working holiday made quite difficult as we needed to hot spot wifi. Free to air tv channels are provided although a Foxtel box is installed, it's not connected. This is not a park we would choose a second time for this price and these facilities.

We recently stayed 4 nights, including Australia day. This is one of the best, tidiest, cleanest caravan parks I've ever stayed at.
Front office staff are amazing. Not only were they super helpful when booking, did not rush the phone cal, but a few days into our stay we had to bring an additional vehicle in to the park after the office closed, using our gate code. Went and paid the next day and the staff were incredibly understanding.
We had an ensuite site, amenities were immaculate. Groundspersons kept the grounds in perfect condition, always mowed after a vacate.
The location is perfect, bordered by surf beach and estuary. We did not need to start the car until we left. Everything is in walking distance.
I highly recommend this caravan park and we will definitely be back to stay!!!
Thank you to all the staff at Reflections Evans Head for making our stay so memorable.

First visit to this lovely park, check in was quick and reception welcome was warm and inviting, clean and quite, relaxing, close to town and walking distance, although it was not school holidays the park offered a quite place to revive and recharge. A short walk to ocean and alternative clubs. If I had one negative comment was that as new caravan users getting into the site was a little difficult for us as the gutters were quite high to reverse in a small caravan. Hower if you are looking for a well maintained park, please look at staying in this delightful park as it is highly recommended for all types of Travellers.

I’m not sure, we used gas. Contact the caravan park for the answer to this query.
The Riverfront Kiosk is operated separately to the park. They are open from breakfast through to dinner, closing around 7-8pm, depending how busy they are I think. They do a great coffee as well!!
Answer from Mandy T
It is going on now. Sadly they are putting cabins in the overflow park along the water front
