Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Welcoming, friendly staff at check in. Our caravan site was large and access easy, power, water and TV aerial connection at hand. Just a short strole to the river. Amenities are clean and well fitted out. The town center is just a short walk away and offers everything you may desire. A good spot to stay and recharge.

A perfect spot for a quiet and tranquil stay Our cabin was meticulously clean and cosy The lounges were so comfortable - we are keen to purchase a few of these ourselves ! We had a lovely view of the Edward river Compliments to the management for your attention to detail - our expectations were well and truly exceeded ! Deni is a very special place for me as I grew up here in the 70’s Cheers

What an amazing review! Thank you so much. As new owners we are very proud of the park, its facilities and location and especially like hearing that our guests loved their stay, not only in the park but of Deni too..... Thank you again... Charlie and Karen.

Based on good reviews we booked an overnight stay on our way home from Port Macquarie. If we liked the cabins this was to become our stopover point for future road trips up north. Unfortunately Covid border closures meant that we needed to cancel our booking and hurry through Deniliquin .A phone call to cancel our booking, was met with a rude attitude which my wife found quite offensive. As she had paid $65 in advance for 50% of cabin price she requested a refund. The man said "I'm not inclined to refund anything at this stage" in a terrible tone. $35 later appeared as a refund the remaining $30 being kept as a booking fee. I am aware that bookings generate costs but with 24 hrs notice I thought a $30 fee was a bit rich and the way that the man spoke to my wife on the phone was inexcusable. (He was on speaker phone and I was driving frantically to get back to Victoria before the border closure. I won't consider this park for future trips based purely on this experience.

A lovely place, we stayed in a 2 bedroom cabin for 3 nights Very clean and cosy It was a shame that the river was so low at this time of the year that we couldn't put our boat in But Andrew was so helpful he showed us on a map plenty of other places to fish which we checked out and we can't wait to come back when the river is up Thank you very much for a lovely weekend and see you soon

We stayed for 5 nights down below on a powered site. Great spot, large sites, very clean and close to a pub and shops. Not noisy even though you are close to the road. Good Fire pits are also supplied when staying in the below area. Would stay here again.

Stayed two nights and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Great to see an Aussie business that has good old fashioned pride and presentation that extends from management right through to the cleaning lasses whom do a fantastic job. Highly recommended.

This is a lovely park with lots of shady trees most sites are quite grassy. The pool area is great and the grounds are well kept. The camp kitchen is very clean. The amenities are very clean. We will happily return.

Worst park ever visited! Owners extremely rude, no misters allowed on for children in 40+ heat, no help given when tree fell on camp, rudely advised leashes are required for dogs- absolutely no signs!

Stayed here during the Covid-19 lockdown, as we are full time travellers. Had a fantastic en suite riverfront site that was large and easily accessible. Park is very large and very easily accessible to town within walking distance across the highway bridge. There are also lots of easy and scenic walks around town. The best part of this park though is the owners, Andrew and Shelley. Absolutely nothing was too much trouble for them, from delivering post, or for a speedy deliver of an extra roll of toilet paper. While it has been time of great uncertainty and very worrying for them as business owners, they were always cheerful and polite and put their guests first. After travelling full time for 16 months, this is one of the best parks we have stayed at, through 4 states and the NT. We often commented to ourselves that were so fortunate to have picked and been allowed to stay here during the travel restrictions. Thank you, Andrew and Shelley

Spacious caravan sites right on the river, open fire for camp oven cooking. Great for fishing, kayaking & lovely bush walks. Easy walking distance to shops, pubs, eateries & sight seeing. Park is very well maintained & the owners were friendly & helpful. Will be returning next year for sure.
