The Big4 at Deni is the best holiday park for families and extended families. It is beautifully situated on the river, with abundant bird life and gorgeous skies. There are so many activities for the kids to do - from swimming, jumping on the big pillow, bike course, enjoying the oval etc etc. The staff are so helpful and considerate - and really look after the Park. We camped, and stayed in a cabin, and were so happy with both arrangements. The cabins are modern, clean, and have everything you need for an enjoyable stay. We can't recommend them high enough!

Amazing place! Such a wonderful park, great friendly staff and a truly magical place for kids and family to get together. The cabins are fantastic and the facilities are 5star! The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our family during a difficult time and we are very grateful ❤️

The villas were comfortable and immaculate. The staff were friendly and helpful. The grounds are beautifully kept and the play equipment was a hit with my nieces and nephews. Our holiday villa back onto the river which provided a very relaxing experience.

What an amazing caravan park- clean and up to date amenities including multiple sites and laundry’s. luscious green grass and everything is well maintained :) Deni big4 is a kids paradise- jumping pillow, pedal carts, mini golf, playgrounds, basketball, tennis, pump track, flying fox, footy&soccer oval, multiple pools & splash park- we barely left for our 6 days. Friendly staff- 11/10 for us - we will be back!!

One of, if not the best maintained and managed caravan parks we've stayed in! Ok, for our 3 bed cabin it was on the expensive side of things, and this was for one that was way back off the river (the riverside ones are very expensive), BUT I'm prepared to pay more if one can see it invested in the property. And here it has been done so in spades. The facilities are first rate, and impeccably maintained. The water-based facilities, the sport facilities, the cooking and camping facilities and so on. The gardens, paths, fences, BBQ areas etc - all spick n span. Our cabin was perfectly presented inside too, and a bonus with a 2nd toilet, multiple split system AC units, fully equipped kitchen and two TVs. Heaps of bed options for a large family with comfy beds. A beautiful setting by the Edward River with easy access to it if needed. My only negative comment would be it is rather far (5-6km) from the town centre, so you do have to drive everywhere, but the setting makes it worthwhile nonetheless. We'll be back! …

A terrific caravan park located on the banks of the Edwards river only a couple of kilometres from town. I rate this park 10 out of ten based on the lovely presentation and maintenance, large powered sites and abundant recreational facilities. There is 2 pools (1 heated), water play centre with water slide, mini golf, tennis court, afl and soccer goals, bike and scooter track, basketball rings, boat ramp and fire pits on river bank. There is also modern and clean amenities ickuding camp kitchen and free bbqs. The staff were also great.

This park is about 5kms from the town centre but located in a lovely peaceful setting. We are here in school holidays but they have planned something for the kids on most days plus they have a great pool, which of course everyone loves. When you get here, they allocates staff member to direct you to your powered site, which shows they care, we have been placed in a beautiful spot close to the amenities but surrounded by bushes, and it’s so quiet.

We had a rather harrowing day of travel and were so pleased to be able to secure a three bedroom cabin at the last minute. Very friendly and helpful lady who I spoke to and left info on where our cabin was. Cabin was warm when we arrived - very welcoming - and very clean, comfortable and well equipped. Definitely recommend this lovely park.

Staff are friendly and accomodating. Facilities are fantastic for the kids - jumping pillow, mini golf, heated pool, splash park, pump track, flying Fox, go carts, craft activities and movie nights - plenty to keep them busy, even in winter. They put on an unplanned morning movie on the one day it rained. Park is clean and safe. Communal fire pits available but you must take your own wood. Lovely to sit around the fire by the river and watch the possums. Town is close by and our visit to the Depot and Cruizin diner was a hit. Scott’s park and Waring gardens followed by lunch at the local RSL made for a good morning out. We will definitely be back!

We stayed in this beauty of a Park for 3 nights, and just loved it. Was just the two of us in a Riverview cabin and this was perfect for taking in the views which are amazing. The cabin itself was spotless, well set up and cosily warm given the chilly nights and clear skied mornings. Families would have a fabulous time here. So much to do. We played putt putt. That was fun. We will definitely come back one day to not only enjoy the Park but also the many things that Deni and the surrounding area have to offer.
