Detailed Reviews
Travelling and needed a last minute room for the night, found this motel at the last minute as everywhere else was booked. The reception girl is so pleasant and just lovely which made checking in a delight.
The room is very budget basic and wasn’t expecting much but very clean! Unfortunately the beds and pillows are just horrible and I’ve got a bad back from laying on it - really need to be replaced!
There was blaring music from a house at the back of the motel which disturbed everyone and couldn’t sleep at all.
The bathroom looks to be done up, new tiles which looks great for the space that can accommodate it. Fluffy towels and soaps provided.
There’s a jug and kettle provided but absolutely zero cutlery, I had to go out and buy cutlery just so we could eat in the room.
I wouldn’t stay again unless the beds were replaced.

Great staff.
Big family rooms.
No cooking in rooms however they have a toaster but no cutlery or plates
Older style bathrooms
The water pressure was crap and hot water wasn't great.
Family rooms need to have a secure door as my 18 mth old could just open handle and door unlocks itself so used our esky for extra assurance

+1
This motel is just a basic budget motel. It was $105 a night which sits close to the right price range. It's easy to locate on a main road.
Customer service here was quite good. She was helpful and informative.
The locks on the door are the automated ones that failed and I had to wait about ten minutes for it to lock. The mattresses and pillows really need an upgrade because that bed is very average. Pillows were godawful. As I had been out exploring all day I was exhausted enough to sleep, but I didn't wake up refreshed.
All in all... it's adequate for your needs, but don't expect any bells and whistles here.

On arrival we were grateful for our rooms comfortable temperature. Our host had our room set up perfectly. Couldn't have asked for more. Absolutely impressed with our 2 night stay. Our host was very approachable and helpful with all our requirements and questions. We were made to feel very welcome.
Friendly people about town, the shops and venues/pubs/clubs we visited.
Thanks

Walls paper thin. AC that made such a racket I had a choice of sweating all night long or listening to it. Room so small couldn’t fit a full length bed into it, and no smoke detector in room.
If work wasn’t paying, I would have noped out and slept in the damn car. Would have been more comfortable.

Clean and comfortable. Ample bathroom space and good shower head. Well stocked mini bar. Plates and Cutlery provided. Air conditioner was very old and noisy.
Great location across the road from the bowling club. Perfect for an overnight stay to break your trip.
Wifi was poor.

A fairly basic country motel. Always very clean, but older beds and bathrooms in most rooms. Most rooms are quite small. Linens etc are quite new. There are a couple of pet friendly rooms with lino floors but no handy grass for dogs. There's no pool which is a bit of a issue in mid summer. There are a few newer rooms that are larger and more modern.

If you want to experience third world conditions without having to travel outside Australia then visit this establishment. Poorly appointed. The aircon was as noisy as a restrain passing by. The room lights didn't work. We discovered a bag of rotting mandarins in one of the cupboards.

My go to place when I'm staying in Coonamble. Comfortable bed, well stocked bathroom, with great friendly management who can help you out with where to go, where to eat and so on. Looking forward to my next road trip to Coonamble and know that there is a great place to stay.

This motel needs to be closed down. The room as filthy, glasses were encrusted with dirt, cockroaches crawling all over the room and bathroom. The two young people left to run the reception area were unhelpful and had no idea how to manage a motel. This place needs to be closed down and reported to the health authorities. It is disgusting.
