Too expensive for standard of accommodation
Spent 1 night while passing through, opted for a cabin, very dated buildings, very basic facilities, bathroom is open to the elements (vents with screens) very chilly. Overall not great value for money. Wouldn't visit again

Clean and tidy
The rooms at this motel are clean, tidy, and roomy enough. They are very basic with a small tv, kettle and have an air conditioning unit. The bathroom was much the same, small, clean and basic. Quiet rooms, set back from the road. Located on the main highway, just on the outskirts of town. Great for a one night stopover

Shabby and undated
This was the worst place I’ve stayed at in my vaarious travels around Australia, got a minor electric shock from the Room 4 air con plug. Managers customer service is below average. Much to expensive for such low standard accommodation.

My partner and I have stayed at this motel for many years. We have never had a complaint and the owners will go out of their way to help you if you have any difficulties in your journey. We would stay there anytime. We regularly commute fro Melbourne to Brisbane and visa versa. If you need pet friendly, then I recommend The Wagon Wheel

Comfortable Stay
I stayed here for 3 nights this month and found it very comfortable. The microwave was handy and they had plates and cutlery so I could cook my own meals. Surprisingly, the towels were changed daily and dustbin emptied every day. That does not happen too often these days.The carpet was a bit old but the beds were clean, comfortable and the room nice and warm.
