Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

This is a well thought out caravan park by the river. We stayed overnight in a cabin on our way south. The phone call I made to enquire about a vacancy was answered in an extremely friendly & helpful manner, & when we arrived to collect the key, we were met with the same. The cabin was clean, comfortable, & lovely. The grounds also are really really nice. We will certainly stay again if we are passing through.

Stayed 2 nights. So serene and peaceful. It was a great break just wish we could have stayed longer. Hosts were lovely and informative. Amenities a bit old but very clean, lovely gardens.
A great stop and only a few dead mice! Due to the plague. Great for dogs as off leash area

Traveled to see family working in town. This park is great. Easy, quiet, large selection of cabins and sites. We got the new cabin and its very very nice. Easy to live in and keep clean. The room is very well appointed, even has a folding wall ironing service. Air was very good (needed it) and we lived on the balcony with the country views. Management was very helpful and overall the quality of the park is outstanding for a little country town. We explored the countryside, the tops, nearby towns and of course dined in the pubs and sports club. Top pub meal was great and the chinese from the sports club was very good.

Stayed in a cabin. They were dirty and badly maintained. The kitchen tap was flopping around so badly you had to hold it to turn it on. The coffee cups were revolting. The floor was filthy and priced at $135 per night was an absolute joke! Avoid if you can!

Coolah Home Base was like Disneyland. It had the happiest inhabitants west of Newie. Happy Hour was renowned throughout the land.
But there has been a change,
just like Disneyland.
The wicked witch and her pet flying monkey have now cast an evil spell over the park and its residents.
Just like in the Wizard of Oz there is hoped that a, well aimed bucket of water, will hit the the witch and her flying monkey liquidating them, just as Dorothy did bringing the park back to its happy self.

Fabulous place to stay. Very friendly owners only too willing to help. Short walk to the town - not much there but the pub was great and food excellent value for money. The caravan park itself it very clean, and spacious. The deluxe cabins are fab. Big TV. Good amenities in the kitchen for your early morning cuppa. The bed is sooo comfy. Well worth the stop while looking around the area.

A fantastic place to stay, be it a night, a week, a month or more. This quaint little park is owned by shareholders and is situated close to the Coolah Tops National Park. The entire area surrounding Coolah is picturesque, the valleys are magnificent, the wild life is abundant. Coolah Caravan Park welcomes their visitors with a friendly smile and are ever so helpful when it comes to knowing about their town. The park itself is clean and very accommodating with all you could possibly need in fact "Happy Hour" is on every night with the locals, so head to the community kitchen and share your stories with everyone, meet some body new and enjoy the hour or two. There is so much to love about this wonderful park. It's a must do "STOP" with so plenty to see in the area. Just ask the locals that live there. :)

This is a very good caravan park. the units were very clean and the rates reasonable . the staff were very helpful and obliging.
Its just a short walk to the pubs or the bowling club for a meal and there are two very good option s in town for coffee and or breakfast/lunch

The Park is quiet and located on the Coolah Creek which make for a serene walk in the afternoon or morning.
