Detailed Reviews
This motel is quite old fashioned with very nice old fashioned service. Our room had a very comfortable bed and the bathroom was a reasonable size with a very good shower. There is also a nice pool and when we arrived there was lots of children enjoying it. We had to park out on the road as there was no car spots left.

A fairly typical country motel and while they can range from good to very ordinary, this is one of the good ones.
Easy, friendly check-in.
Room fresh and clean.
Desk area with good light.
Plenty of storage space.
Comfy bed.
Renovated bathroom with large shower and good water pressure.
Quiet surroundings and no bright all-night lights.
Small signs of age...
Loose tiles in bathroom
Air con efficient but noisy
Thank you for a pleasant stay. 🌻

Smooth check in. Friendly host. Clean room. Everything worked. Restaurant was not operational. Car parking gets tight near the door when festivals or field days are happening but there is an overflow carpark out the back. Next door to a bottle shop and pub. Pub has good inexpensive farmer serve meals. Will return next year on our annual visit to Casino.

This motel is currently being used as accommodation for the homeless.
Restaurant is closed. Fortunately there is a pub next door where we ate dinner.
Had the feeling we were the only paying guests.
The room was large and clean, with one double bed and one single bed and a bedside table shared between the two beds. Therefore we had to use both beds so we could both use the bedside table. There was ample room for another one.
There was a microwave in the room but no dishes so was unusable. There was tea and coffee supplied with cups etc. However microwave had to be moved to allow access to the one power outlet to use kettle.
The beds were on castors on a vinyl floor (no brakes on castors) so they were constantly moving. This can be dangerous eg. bed moves away as person sits down, an accident waiting to happen! Had to ask for something to stop castors moving and a couple of extra towels were provided for us to put under the castors with limited success!
Adequate bathroom but not enough room to put own toiletries.
Had booked and paid for 2 nights but left after one night.
Reception staff not overly helpful and not available the next day when we left.

Stayed for 3 nights away for work. Called ahead to check if the motel had a microwave - ✅ but no cutlery, glasses, plates or bowls !
Check in was far from pleasant- given the keys and that’s it.
FYI - The restaurant is closed until further notice. 😞

The Casino Motor Inn is located on the Bruxner Highway just off the Summerland Way in South Casino. The main shopping precinct of Casino is about 1km from the motel so unless you are feeling fit enough it is back in the car to go and do any shopping. There are a few small shops including a nice little fruit and veg shop handy to the motel. We didn't use the dining room at the motel because the event we were here for was catered for, but if the breakfasts we got were any indication, the meals would be quite good.
The rooms are a good size and very clean, and the bed really comfortable allowing for a good nights rest.
We would definitely stay here again if we ever had to stop over in Casino again.

A neat, tidy and clean, country motel, located near the Tenterfield turn-off. Plenty of off-street parking, with the pool adjacent to this. Check-in was efficient. We had a room on the second floor, which included a queen size, single bed; and small bathroom.
Although the decor is dated, the rooms were spotlessly clean.
We were advised by family (local to Casino), that this was the best accommodation in the town. We believe the room rate of $100 was more than fair.
As Casino is a country town; the motel would be suitable for rep's, transit stop-overs or personal events (wedding etc). This would not be your hotel, if you're looking for big-city comfort.

+1
We stayed just 1 night as were attending a wedding. Booked online and check in was a simple process. Just a basic country town motel but sites our needs. We were upstairs and room had a double and single bed. The rooms are a little noisy and can hear noises from surrounding rooms and especially as people walking past the room wheeling luggage. Car park was quite busy and no allocated spots. Reasonably priced and comparable to the other hotels in the area. We checked out early and just had to drop the key off in the after hour box. They did have a small pool and a couple of chairs around it but we didn’t have time to make use of it.

I regularly go to Casino, NSW, to visit family. But sometimes choose to stay at a hotel. Sometimes it's just easier! This was my first stay at the Casino Motor Inn and I thoroughly recommend it. I asked if I could get into the room early on the Saturday morning as there was as the horse races were on and I needed to get ready. That was not a problem at all. As it's a country town, usually the hotels are fun by families so they do everything, from check in to cleaning to playing host! It was very nice to be recognised, by my voice from making my booking the day before. So the owner knew who I was and everything was in order. I had a room on the lower level which I appreciated. The room, was huge. There was shower with toilet and basin, Small bathroom but it was good enough. Very clean too. Had air conditioning, which is a necessity! It was an old 'window ratller' so a little on the noisy side but as long it worked, that was enough. Big, brand new LCD tv. And for those who might remember, the rooms have the old fashioned drawer/cupboad where you breakfast get's left if you order it. The bed was THE most comfortable bed, and huge. In fact, I could roll over, and roll over again before I got to th other side!!! I passed on my comments to the owner when I checked out on the Sunday morning and he informed me that all the beds are brand new. He sees having a comfortable bed as investment and I couldn't agree me. And believe me, after a fairly big day at the races, a good comfortable bed was most appreciated! There is a restaurant on site, and a pool. Enough parking spots. I didn't sample the restaurant but if seemed to be quite busy when I returned on the Saturday night. If you're thinking of a visit to Casino, don't think about where to stay. Head for the Casino Motor Inn. I don't think you'll be disappointed. There's other options for eating out. So you won't starve, or die of thirst as there is pub right next door. What more could you want???!!!

Very hospitable. Clean, comfortable rooms and beds. Very impressed! We enjoyed staying here overnight with our three children. We had a top floor room, and it was very comfy. The breakfast was also good quality. The service was excellent! We have stayed here before overnight as we have family in Casino. We would return again to this Motel.
