Lazy Sunday afternoon, drinks and fantastic food. I had the home made pie which is not what I would normally order but locals told me to get it and very glad I did. Only issue for me is large meal as I couldn't eat it all but that's good for most. The gardens are so nice and calming which made...

We stayed in a double room, I think they used to be the honeymoon spa suites that overlook the plains. The room was big, spacious and clean. The bathroom was nice and shower good. The food was great, wished they still had room service but oh well we went up for dinner in the evening. We asked for a later...

We recently had the pleasure of staying a night at this great old English style pub. We were in a king spa room with balcony overlooking the pool with serene rural vistas. The rooms themselves are very spacious and the quality of the bedding and pillows assured a very peaceful night sleep. Beautiful clean oversized bathroom with big spa and...

Looking forward to a great weekend and celebration of a major family event. The king spa room seemed a bit pricey and more reflective of newer Sydney hotels. Spa was not used because of the mould (black ring around the top and tiles and no idea of what was lurking in the plumbing). The shower in the spa bath meant...

Stayed in the King spa room for two nights. The room is large and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. the room had a small balcony which you can see a nice small garden. The room had another door which could be open (otherwise locked) to attached the adjacent room if needed. The bathroom was excellent including the spa...

I really want to like this place, but they make it hard to come back. Location, ambience, beer and food is great - no question. But, and it's a decent but. How can they deliver 8 meals over a time period of 40 minutes? Two of the meals were the same and came about half an hour apart. Sorry, not...

Attended a birthday of a close friend in one of the formal tents behind the hotels. Reception was great, staff were hospitable. Nice and great location if you're having a quick stop or a couple of night's stay.

We stayed here overnight with 2 other couples. We arrived about 2:00pm and started off with drinks in the beer garden which was a relaxing outdoor setting. We then had dinner at the Bistro...food, service and atmosphere fantastic. There is a nice looking outdoor pool, which we would have used if the weather had been better! Our room was number...

The location, gardens & restaurant are great. It's good to smell wild garlic, hear cows & have good pub food & in the well maintained gardens. The rooms however are very tired & in desperate need of a good clean.

Stayed overnight for a function - the room was lovely, exceptionally comfortable bed and very clean and spacious room. The country pub atmosphere in the hotel/restaurant was great - staff very friendly, helpful and professional and the food was delicious, very high standard. I don't often get my steak the way I like it, but the one I had in...
