We stayed at Elements for 7 night for our Honeymoon in April and we were really disappointed in the service. We spend most days at the adult pool and no one would serve us. We would have have to walk around to the bar everytime we wanted a drink. We had a drink near the fire pit before dinner and still couldn't get served. The staff weren't over friendly and when paying $500 + a night we expect better. Defiantly not the "Honeymoon" experience we would have liked. This was our second time staying but unfortunately we won't be staying again.

We where so excited to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary at Elements of Bryon. It was an amazing place to relax and enjoy our time. This place I think is one of the best resort in Australia. It has everything. Amazing Villas for couples and families. Both pool areas cater for different people. families for one and adults only for the other. The mobile food van in the adults pool served amazing fajitas and tacos, the food tasted great. Great presentations and great service. The Botanica Beach club where you have your drinks looking over the beach and watching the sunset was a lovely touch for couples to reminisce about their day. This is where we did our morning yoga looking over the water. Access to the beach is on the left hand side of the resort. You walk outside the gate and up and over the hill and you come to an amazing long beach where you can walk or run for miles. Horsing riding can be done along this beach. We rode on the solar train from the hotel into Bryon Bay. There are lots of walks around the hotel. Just be care of the snakes though. We treated ourselves to a couples massage in the Osprey Spa. This place is amazing. The staff where fantastic and the facilities are out of this world. We felt we were in our ZEN. I would highly recommend Elements at Bryon. We definitely will be back again with the kids next time.

I stayed by myself for a few days and everything was wonderful. The villa is really well appointed with a huge bath. The beach less than one minute walk away. The pool area is beautiful and perfect for relaxing with a book. Breakfast was included and a delicious menu available. My massage at Osprey was outstanding. All the staff were really helpful. I’ll definitely be back.

This is a stunning resort. The villas are modern, clean, spacious, and well stocked., built in a wonderful environment amongst trees and bushes. Bush turkeys visit on a regular basis! The reception area, restaurants, bar area very elegant and nicely styled. The pools also lovely , we spent some time at the family pool which was surrounded by cabanas, an excellent idea. The golf buggies are an excellent addition especially as it was rainy when we visited, Generally the staff were friendly, helpful, and lovely to our grandchildren. The only slight down side were a couple of the younger restaurant staff one of whom asked us to stop our three year old from running (fair point) but it was the tone of voice and wording which was somewhat rude, and on another occasion we were asked to push a bag further under the table, again with a rather rude tone of voice. Maybe a little training in how to deliver a request to customers in a polite tone and wording would be a good idea.
