Loved our stay, the cottage was perfect for our group of four, excellent customer service with extras such as beach towels, late check out etc. Great location and reasonably priced, will definitely stay again if in Byron

I was very disappointed on arrival to discover the room I believed to have booked was in fact not what was advertised in the photos. Though the room I was given was completely fine, if I knew that's what I was booking then I wouldn't have stayed there. I booked accommodation 6 months ago and we were looking forward to... More

This place is beautiful, comfortable, quite, a minute walk from Beach access and close to 2 really good food / bar options. There are no faults to this place. Hot shower, wonderful bath (see image below), clean, and a good comfy bed. My personal issues were the following and this is why this place is tricky: 1. When you book... More

We really didn't enjoy our stay here. The customer service was the main let down. We called to ask if it was possible to have an early check in on the day we were checking in and the lady on the phone scoffed and said there was no possible way that could happen and implied that even coming to drop... Totally reccommend this place - we were in the Wing which was ideal for us, very peacful and access to the beach and amazing plaes to eat. Totally reccommend the Bristo for breakfast and the tree house for dinner and drinks, also a must is to hire bikes and get around Byron Bay Will be returning

We are so glad we chose stay here - specifically in the exotic gazebo. We couldn't stop taking photos as it was just stunning. The owners had thought of everything to make our stay just right. Tips for future guests - hire bikes from the backpackers place next door to make getting to/from town a little easier. Alternatively, walking for... More

We stayed in the cottage and were given a gift of a 2 night stay which we extended to 5 nights. The house was great, super clean and well equipped. The position is amazing - felt a million miles away. Easy instructions for Wifi, connected immediately. Email received on the way up with clear directions. Will definitely return.

This place seems to be better suited as a warmer season spot. It has a great view, and it's aesthetically built, definitely rustic, but it's just cold in the winter. The heater is too small and couldn't keep up with the cold wind that blew in and constantly rattled the roll down shades at night. It looked like there wasn't... More

Ad does not accurately reflect the accomodation. Room needed a good clean, the supposedly wireless network wasn't available. Bathroom had hair still at the bottom of the shower (yuck!), and flooded easily so using the toilet was uncomfortable. Gorgeous view and was fantastic to wake up to and have afternoon tea on the balcony. I really don't think it's worth... More

Zero signage meant I drove up and down the street 3 times before realising there was no sign out front. Nobody was onsite to meet us, and I had to call up to be told where the room was. There is no check in facility at all, you just turn up. Covered carparks were already taken so had to park... More
