Stayed here for a family holiday in late October and took some advice and asked for a back apartment which is not on the road and this was great as we were on the beach side. I can not fault the apartment or the cleanliness of the apartment and as it had been refurbished it was so nice and spacious...

Hi, Thank you for taking the time to write a review. I am glad you liked the location of the apartments and also the apartment itself. All the beachside ones have now been refurbished. We do receive bookings for both families and groups as we have the large 3 bedroom apartments. The managers do not live on-site so would not...

Stayed here in a 3 bedroom apartment in November 2016. Clean (although could have paid more attention to this) and enough plates/utensils etc to cook for the 3 of us. Couldn't have the balcony doors open very often because the wind caused the hanging lights to beat against the wall! Was on the road into Byron Bay and very busy...

Hi, Thank you for taking the time to write a review. I am glad you liked the apartment and yes, there were certainly very strong winds coming off the ocean for a few days. Usually, they are not strong enough to interfere with the hanging lights. If you are looking to stay in Byron when it is not so busy,...

Lovely recently renovated apartment within walking distance to main shopping area, cafes and main beach. Pleasant outlook, tropical ambience, comfortable beds with fully equipped kitchen. We always stay here when in Byron and we shall be back next year.

A group of five friends and myself set out to have a relaxing stay at Mariner Bay in one warm week of December. Although the stay was mostly enjoyable, i was astonishingly displeased by the fact that some BEDrooms had ginormous skylights which had no curtains. My friend and i did not get one good nights sleep due to the...

This review is written by the same schoolies group that wrote the review titled 'Patronizing Staff'. They are unhappy that they had too pay to have a carpet cleaned after leaving the shower door screen open (whilst having showers) plus also the main ensuite bathroom door so water soaked the carpet and left a big watermark.

My friends and I stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment for 8 nights. During an 'inspection' of the room, my friend and I informed the staff member that there was a wet patch on the carpet directly outside our ensuite. We inquired as to whether there were any pipes in the area that may be causing the patch, to which...

This TripAdvisor Review is from a group of 'Schoolies' that stayed with us. Overall we had a great bunch of kids this year with very few incidents. I am sorry you felt that we were patronising you, that was not the case just trying to understand why the carpet was so wet so we could let the professional carpet cleaners...

Of you are looking for a clean spacious unit to enjoy with family or a small group this could be the place for you. A quick walk from town center, these units give you a quiet spot on the edge of the action. We were able to rent surf boards at a great deal a couple doors down and get...

My daughter stayed with a group of 9 girls in 2 2BR apartments for Schoolies. They said they were great apartments, clean and very spacious. Fantastic position, walking distance to beach, shops and Pub. Also, close to where lots of other friends were staying. As a parent, I liked the fact they weren't allowed to have friends back to Mariner...

We stayed for a week in a 3 bedroom top floor sea facing (back of block) apartment. Can't fault location. Easy flat stroll in to town. A beach track close by for access to the sea rather than walking in to town. Off street undercover parking, nice grounds & pool with BBQ area. A few gripes- Not a true 3...

Hi, Thank you for taking the time to write this review. We are sorry you were not expecting the mezzanine level bedroom - we do clearly state this on all booking sites. The apartments are designed to be open plan, light and airy and we find that most guests enjoy this. All the balconies are furnished slightly differently with most having...

Our 3 kids have all stayed at Mariner Bay Apartments for Schoolies over the last 5 years, and all had a great time.
