We stayed in one of the rooms in the newly renovated guesthouse. It was absolutely fantastic. The rooms were big with a nice bathroom as well. We were lucky to get one of the rooms with a balcony which is great for a glass of wine or a beer after a day at the beach. Moreover, the guesthouse is fitted...

On arrival we were a bit apprehensive but were pleasantly surprised. The room was large, clean and quite comfortable. Not a room to lounge about but we were in Byron Bay for a couple of days for a wedding. Good value.

Stayed here on our visit to Byron Bay and we were in one of the guesthouse rooms, which looked like they were recently refurbished. Very clean and tidy and a lovely little balcony. What made this was the downstairs fully equipped kitchen and lounge area. We really made use of that and it was lovely for a spot of home...

We'd booked a motel room but we're given the choice of staying in one of the newly refurbished apartment rooms. We took them up on the offer and we're glad we did! The room was lovely, nice big balcony with a swing chair, big shower and comfy bed. Downstairs in the building was a big fully equipped kitchen and social...

Stayed in Byron at Dolphins for two nights on return from road trip from Sydney. Nice clean spacious room with wifi and parking outside. Good location between Bangalow and Byron. Good 10-15mins walk in to Byron central/beach but if weather good not an issue. Far enough away from town so nice and quite. Overall good motel, good size room, comfy...

Stayed for two nights during peak period. Clean and spacious room that is serviced daily. Staff at check in were lovely. It is a little bit further from the main strip which makes it a little more quiet to stay at but a bit further to walk into town (10 minutes). A good option to stay at if you spend...

Our room was great for what we needed - 3 girls on a weekend. It was spacey, clean and had everything we needed for a good price. A little bit out of town but walkable (15-20 mins) and friendly staff. Would stay again if on a budget.

Stayed there 2 nights. Had a unit right in front of the reception; you need to close the curtains all the time or you'll feel a little "exposed" but besides that, perfect place to stay. Clean, good bed, everything you need (cutlery, microwave, fridge), parking, and free wifi. It is a motel so don't go expecting a huge luxury suite,...

Dolphins is an older style motel from back in the day when you parked your car out the front of a single room, where a tv, electric jug and small fridge were about all you got with a bed. What sets Dolphins apart is how some smart thinking management has both successfully modernised the rooms and introduced top level customer...

My friend and I stayed in two very comfortable rooms. This is the sort of accommodation that is becoming harder and harder to find: no frills, just a clean bright airy comfortable room with a clean bathroom, soft proper sized towels that don't resemble sandpaper hand-towels, fresh water in the fridge, windows that actually open... and friendly hosts who really...
