We stayed here over Christmas and the location of the hotel is superb. Right on the beach and close to all the bars and restaurants. We stayed on the garden level floor so one floor up from the entrance in Bay Lane but the same level as the beach. Hotel was very quite and no noise from the roads on...

Certainly nice food and good location. Bit pricey but the food is plentiful. All salads are nice and service is good. Clean and well presented. Wouldn't go out of my way but a nice place to chill given the location.

From reception to the departure our stay was very disappointing. Carry our own bags to a stuffy smelly room so we returned to reception and quoted $30 a night for upgrade charged $40 pool was closed for repairs and maintenance but were not informed. Reception either not there or on phone. However the room was very clean so that was...

It's in a great setting but it is in need of a full make over to bring it out of the dolldrum's The feel inside is dated and the decor is well worn. The entertainment echo'd the overall state of the hotel dated.

Went on a monday lunch and it was relevantly quiet. I ordered 4 meals and was handed a buzzer after l waited for as long as it takes to cook it myself; so l went to see if it was ready. Yes the buzzer didnt work and I noticed half our order was sitting under the heatlamps. The waitress asked...

This hotel Is in a good location across the road from the beach and has its own garage parking. The only room available when we booked was the "penthouse suite". This turned out to be just a very large room on the 1st floor with a balcony which overlooked the sea as advertised. What wasn't mentioned was that the road,...

If you don't mind some sun, it's a good beer garden. Probably in need of a spruce up, but nothing horribly wrong with the place. Breakfast was surprisingly good too. Better than I expected! Fresh food produce in Byron is magnificent.

This iconic hotel has a location that is exceptional, great views of the beach, if it's too hot/cold or you just want a break and a drink this is the place, massive seating area, 2 big bars, plenty of food, breakfast/lunch/dinner. Pity such a place is let down by the staff, rude, arrogant and just plain un-helpful.

This pub is awesome. I was only in Byron Bay for 4 nights, but found myself wanting to visit this pub every evening. Great live music, great vibe & great views. There was so many young travellers around town which is what makes this place so special.

I was a regular at this hotel up until about 15 years ago. My most recent visit shocked me. The prices are still very high and to find the room/facilities virtually unchanged was disappointing . The bathrooms have these thick old fashioned plastic shower curtains, the bathrooms have not changed at all . A VERY outdated hotel IN NEED OF...
