The accomodation and the staff were fantastic. The room itself was well equipped, well presented and very comfortable (including the king sized bed). Complementary access to Netflix and well chosen artworks were a delightful bonus! Even the garage was beautifully presented and inviting! Beach Suites is extremely well positioned being just across the road from the beach and close to the town centre eateries and other shops. The 10.30 checkout was enhanced by access to shower facilities which allowed us to have a morning swim and coffee before leaving on our departure day.

We stayed in a two bedroom penthouse during our most recent stay in Byron. It was incredibly comfortable, clean and well equipped with all you will need; the staff were very helpful when we needed assistance; and the Beach Suites are extremely well located, close to the centre of town and with views over the beach.
The only downside was some late night noise from a nearby restaurant/bar on some nights. Fine if you're planning a late night yourself but otherwise a bit frustrating.

EXCELLENT accommodation and service experienced during our Easter staycation.
Helen and staff went above and beyond in making us + our 2 fur babies feel welcomed on arrival and throughout our holiday.
It was the little gestures that spoke volumes being pet beds + bowls + treats + bandanas for our 2 x fur babies 🐶. We even got a beautifully presented Easter egg package on Easter Sunday.
The accommodation was beautifully presented and maintained : kitchen is equipped with all that we needed, and the private pool on the rooftop made our holiday!
Located in the heart of Byron Bay I would recommend the Byron Bay Beach Suites to anyone looking for 5 star treatment that lives up to the hype and more!

Overlooking main beach at Byron, the beach suites is a magnificent accommodation that is well presented and beautifully maintained. It’s centrally located to all the fab restaurants Byron has to offer, not that we wanted to travel far as we could order food in, and we didn’t want to stray too far from our own private roof top pool. I look forward to staying here again.

My husband and I stayed over the Christmas period in a Garden Suite with a lovely large courtyard. This particular suite was chosen for the size of the accommodation and the courtyard. We were able to have family visit for Christmas Lunch and enjoyed the spaciousness of in and outside during the day. There was a total of 10 of us and the Suite is very functional with a great kitchen, coffee machine and a large fridge with plenty of cupboard space. It was the perfect Christmas lunch. The king size bed was very comfortable with plenty of pillows and the large L-Shaped leather lounge was fantastic. We didn't hear any noise from neighboring apartments or restaurants. The parking underneath is very secure and two charging stations for convenience. The everyday cleanliness and tidy up was excellent. Unfortunately due to the storms on the Gold Coast we had to leave a day early. The delightful lady on reception was able to re-sell our apartment for the one night and we were refunded less a small charge. We were thrilled and grateful that without prompting this was done. An excellent stay and a lovely experience.

We had an amazing stay the Beach Suites. We had an ocean view studio which was really large. It had a large queen size bed and two single beds and a plunge pool.
Location is perfect .. right on the beach and right in center of town for shops. The best shower we’ve EVER had!! The coffee machine in the room is barista style, and coffee we made was fab. Beds very comfy and all the channels you’d ever want and ondemand movies on TV!
We even bought the products (shampoo, handsoap, shower wash) on our way out.
Highly recommend!!

We had a 3 night stay in a deluxe ocean front room, from the time we arrived until we left we were made so welcome. ALL staff were so helpful and obliging, right down to dropping our laundry off and to return to find it dried and folded. The beach suites are in the best location to everything, walking distance to everywhere in Byron. They do have complimentary bike hire to add to the service which we used as well. Cannot recommend the Beach Suites highly enough…. Even loved the car park !

This place is a beautiful, well placed, lovely apartment block right near the beach in Byron Bay. We only stayed for 1 night but should have stayed for more. The staff were really friendly and helpful giving us tips and advice. They even offered to do our washing while we went to the beach. We stayed in a 1 bedroom suite. It had a large king size bed with lovely comfortable bedding. A large well laid out bathroom with a bath tub that had jets. The bathroom had all the required things, plenty of towels, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. A hairdryer. The kitchen had a coffee maker, toaster, microwave, dishwasher and fridge. I really wished we had stayed longer. Its right near the main area. Near a great place for a light breakfast called Wideopen road. They even have bikes that you can borrow to cycle around in. Such great facilities and a lovely place. Make sure you got to the lighthouse, amazing views of the bay from there.

We enjoyed a beautiful 4 night stay in a beach front plunge pool room last week in Jan. What we loved was the unbelievably friendly staff who greeted us every day. We had originally booked a different room type and on check in the plunge pool room became available. The rooms are incredibly spacious with an enormous sofa to both stretch out on after a long day in the sunshine. The full sized fridge freezer in a one bed studio and the outdoor bbq was a real bonus and we utilized both. Many one bed places still come with a ridiculous mini fridge which makes it impossible to freeze drinks or make ice so this is a winner. They offer complimentary beach chairs, umbrellas and bikes and have a full laundry with Miele washer and dryers for you to do I mid holiday wash - the lovely staff offer to pop it in a dryer or deliver an airer to your room which is great. All in all we can’t fault anything with our stay. We’ve already booked a week next year in the studio again and crossing fingers that some dates free up in the 2 bed corner penthouse so we can extend and stay another week with friends! Words cannot describe how amazing my stay was. I was celebrating a milestone birthday and all my family and friends were stuck in lockdown, leaving just my 9 year old son and I to travel together. Helen and the team went out of their way to make sure our stay was special beyond belief. Special touches like housekeeping arranging my sons soft toys on the bed each morning really made our stay. The views from the rooftop pool and lower level meant we did not need to leave the Suites to have one of the best views in Byron. The apartment is beautifully modern, all furniture is very well considered and incredibly comfortable. Even the deck chairs are comfy enough to spend hours in! I love the pride the Beach Suites take in trying to source locally, from the mini bar food right up to the decor. Holiday of a lifetime.
