We stayed here for 5 nights in a 1 bedroom apartment and we had all the basic amenities we needed. At first we thought we'd a rent car or bikes, but since it was so close to town and the main beach we just walked everywhere. The ladies at the administration were very helpful to accommodate us. I would book again here!
Wonderful clean ,immaculate apartments. Secure undercover parking. Excellent location five minute walk to beach with great lagoon at low tide for little kids. The beach cafe and restaurant had the best takeaway coffee I had in Byron and it is just across the road. Easy ten minute walk to restaurants and cafes by the dozen. Cannot recommend higher....and the beds are super comfy and all units have the same mattresses. We will be back.
Always enjoy staying at Pacific Apartments, have had breaks there for over 10 years. Great location just across the road from Clarkes Beach and just a short walk into town, away from the hustle & bustle of the centre of town. Current managers are very helpful and certainly will be back. Apartments have everything you need.
We have taken a Byron Bay holiday most years for over 20 years and always stay at Pacific Apartments at 62 Lawson Street. Across the road from Clarkes Beach, a short level walk to town with lovely food choices and the beach is straight across the road. Park your car and don't use it again until you leave. We love the current Managers, Madonna and Justin, nothing is a problem to them. See you again soon.
We are on a 40 day road trip and so staying in a large number of places of varying prices; our initial reaction to our apartment here was disappointment - on the website it showed a modern recently renovated room but ours was dated and in need of a little TLC: the main light didn’t work and the dishwasher stopped working on our second day (I emailed this fault through but got a response to tell me to review our stay on Trip Advisor). The location was really good however, across from the beach and short walk to town. All in all as mentioned in a similar review below, for us it felt overpriced (maybe because of the Splender in the Grass event hiking prices up) especially next to the awesome apartment we’d just left in the Gold Coast for a similar price. Lastly the experience didn’t feel as “guest focused” as many other places we’ve stayed: the written material prior to arrival and in the room focuses on rules and disclaimers, even going as far as to say that any faults found in the room or if the room is not to your expectation, you are not entitled to refunds; compare this to other places we’ve been where they actively ask you to report any problems or issues you may have so they can resolve and make your stay as comfortable as possible. A minor point but one that struck us given our other experiences either side of our 3 days here. …
