My daughter and her friend had been booked in in some other deplorable accommodation in Byron Bay and after seeing the conditions, they stayed one night and ‘got the hell out of Dodge’. Enter Beaches Apartments - from my first interaction with the manager Jamie, and Darren, I was impressed with their empathy and customer service. They arranged for the girls to be picked up and returned to ‘Paradise’ where they could really commence their holiday. The 1 bedroom apartment with lounge (sofa bed), kitchen, dining, laundry, external patio and bathroom is fresh, clean and so welcoming. Given some of the other accommodation charging exorbitant rates for sub standard, I highly recommend checking out Beaches. It’s location is a short walk to the beach and to the centre so enjoy!!!

Stayed: End November-Early December
Travelling as a small group of friends, with the borders finally opening, we took the opportunity to reunite. Unfortunately, after deciding our weekend dates, we did not realise that this was the same weekend as Schoolies.
Once we booked the apartment, Rosi called within 10minutes of booking to check that we weren’t schoolies kids and then reassured us that no Schoolies kids would be staying in the complex. This was great to know as we were worried of being stuck listening to parties of teens at 1am.
When we arrived for our stay, we were greeted by Rosi who was the most lovely person. She told us about the local restaurants and bars that are worth checking out and also about the amenities of the complex.
Our apartment was super clean and the beds were so comfy. Rosi even turned on the aircon to cool the apartment down for us which was such a nice touch as well.
Being a 5min walk from the hub of Byron, it was the perfect location while also feeling somewhat secluded from the hustle and bustle. While thinking we would be out and about, to our surprise we spent more time relaxing at the apartment.
Amenities wise, reliable WIFI, a lovely pool/pool side seats to dip and relax and great BBQ facilities which we used for a group dinner a couple of nights. This really is a great place to get away to.
There’s even a secure carpark underneath which was great to have given the situation. I’ve been in Byron for a public holiday weekend one year where a bunch of people kicked in car doors on the street so it was nice knowing the car was secure as I wouldn’tbe using it much.
Overall, a great location, great amenities, super clean and comfortable apartments with everything you could need (even kitchen utensils are all in order) plus the friendly/knowledgeable service make this the place to be.
Rosi, thank you again for your hospitality and next time we are allowed to travel again, I’ll definitely stay at Beaches Apartments, Byron Bay.

My girlfriend and I recently spent a month staying at Rosy and Steve’s apartments in Byron.
Our apartment was extremely clean, spacious, modern and well appointed.
We loved the location as it was a short and pleasant walk to the beach and town as well as the industrial estate.
What stood out most for us was the amazing hospitality and friendliness of Rosy and Steve. Rosy spared significant time to tell us about all the worthwhile restaurants to visit, activities to do and always made sure we had everything we needed for our stay.
Jane and I would highly recommend a visit to Beaches (for a short or long stay or even to work remotely for a bit) and we will definitely be back!

My experience here at these apartments was definitely the best decision made for our trip as these apartments were in a great location, close to the Main Street and as well as a short walk to the beach. The owners were nothing but amazing to myself and my friends whilst we stayed and gave us great local advice on things to see and as well as restaurants to visit. Their hospitality made our trip very memorable and I cannot thank them enough and highly recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a great apartments with all the needed utilities and fantastic location! Thanks so much for having us and looking forward to coming back to stay very soon!

From the moment we checked in, to the moment we checked out. Her local knowledge in what to do, where to go, restaurants and cafes to frequent have all been on point.
The location of the appartments is perfect walking distance to central Byron which suited our active lifestyle perfectly.

Myself and two friends stayed in one of the apartments for a week during the New Years Eve period. We had a great time and were happy that the apartment had everything we needed during our stay. The secure on-site underground carpark was so convenient given that parking almost anywhere in Byron is a nightmare. We did not need to use our car at all because the apartment is only a 5 minute walk to the heart of Byron Bay. Our host Rosy was very helpful and had plenty of recommendations. The guide to Byron she provides on arrival is handy even if you’ve travelled to Byron Bay before. The shared pool and bbq area is the cherry on top of a nice block of apartments and we enjoyed being able to relax on our patio. You need to be mindful as families with young children may be around, but there is enough to do in the town centre if you want to go to the beach or have a night out. Would recommend this place to anyone wanting to relax and have their own space, whilst also being close to the hustle and bustle of Byron Bay.

We have stayed at Beaches in Byron Bay about 5 times now and each time we have left relaxed and recharged for the year ahead. Beaches is always quiet 🤫, and Rosie and Steve the managers, keep the place spotless and can’t do enough to accommodate their guests. The pool is a highlight for us, salt water and perched near a pergola and barbecue, it’s perfect!! We love this place and can’t wait to come back again, thanks Rosie and Steve again for looking after us 👍

Me and my boyfriend lived in an apartment for 4 weeks, the landlords were always really friendly. The apartment was very clean! The equipment contained everything you need (washing machine, dryer, dishes, towels, Tv, ...)
The Belongil beach is really close, only a walk of 10 minutes.
We really recommend Beaches Apartments to everyone who wants to visit Byron bay!

A great location, just a short walk to the centre of town.
Our one bedroom apartment was clean and tidy. A nice bbq and pool area for the days your not at the beach, which is also just short walk.
Rosy was great wealth of knowledge and gave us some great tips for where to visit, eat and experience all that Byron has to offer.

Absolutely top class accommodation at the Beaches Apartments. Rosy was incredibly welcoming, let me check in early and shared lots of great recommendations. She is a true professional.
I had a lovely upper floor apartment overlooking the pool. Such a peaceful and relaxing space. The shortcut walking trail to Belongil beach located at the back of the apartments was a bonus.
I hIghly recommend Beaches Apartments and I look forward to staying there again.
