A very comfortable motel a walk out of town, where there are some good restaurants and an amazing wood carving/turning/art gallery - must see. Also a great leather shop with top hats, cowboy gear etc.

We wanted to stay somewhere close to our friends in Bungendore with our 2 small dogs. Claddagh Logde was a very nice surprise. Our room was great for dogs. They were captivated at watching the horses from the back window most of time. For us, room was very comfortable too. It had character and bathroom was fab and modern. Thanks...

Claddagh Lodge was such a quiet, lovely place to stay. The swimming pool was a wonderful surprise and especially enjoyable in the 39 degree heat! Collette, the owner, was very friendly and helpful. We would stay here again without hesitation. Breakfast was adequate and the croissants were delicious.

We were pleasantly surprised with our stay at Claddagh Lodge. A short walk to town, in a peaceful setting with horses, lovely owner who even went out of her way and found a swimming costume so I could swim with the family, room had air con and a bed for our baby, our miniature dachshund was welcome, there was nice...

We stayed here for several weeks when a job offer meant we had to move to the area quickly, and it was a great experience. The rooms are well equipped and comfortable, and the owner really goes out of her way to ensure you have everything you need. A beautiful setting, a great location (literally 5 mins walk into the...

Excited to be going down to this part of the state for a short break, Claddagh Lodge came up as a very good prospect. We booked here because there was a room available for a little less because it was not normally used for accommodation. Thank you Collette for a lovely stay this weekend. The horses, grounds, and peaceful setting...

Stayed here for the weekend. The owner was very nice. The rooms are pretty good, with brick walls, so blocks put noise from other rooms. Probably needs a bit of a refurbishment. The breakfast was not enough - cereal, milk, 4 slices white bread to last 2 days - but we did get 2 beautiful fresh croissants both mornings. If...

Attended a wedding in Braidwood and stayed at Claddagh Lodge. Very friendly host and very relaxed atmosphere. Rooms are studio style accommodation, comfortable and was clean and tidy. The continental breakfast is limited therefore I would suggest you go into the town which is close by for breakfast. There are a number of nice little cafes to choose from. The...

I stayed there for 2 nights, with 3 cousins while attending a family reunion at Tarago The rooms were clean, well set out, with toaster, microwave, fridge, a lounge chair, table and chairs as well as an outside table and chairs and the bed was comfortable. The bush garden setting was lovely. Michelle, one of the owners was very friendly...

Note this is NOT a B&B. As one reviewer states it is a Motel-style arrangement. We were given an upgraded room. The room was large with a comfy bed and a small kitchenette and eatery plus lounge with what felt uncomfortably like a sofa bed and TV. While it was a pleasant surprise to get the upgrade, note that you...
