We camp here and find it most enjoyable, creek just behind and short walk to the beach, Brunswick hotel and bakery, etc. The on site managers are helpful and friendly. We do ensure we travel out of school holiday time so avoid the crowds and close to the amenities with has laundry, great kitchen setup and toilet shower. About its only downfall is the mosquitoes can be bad during summer after a lot of rain. Pick a dry time of the year or cooler months.

What a fantastic way to end one year and begin a new one.
This park offers excellence in location, welcoming and friendly staff and all the facilities required for a relaxing family holiday.
We love being able to ride our bikes all over town.
Walking distance to everything you need, including the awesome family friendly pub with their great music.. raffles and barefoot bowls at the bowling club, swimming, fishing or just relaxing at camp with a book.
During the Christmas holidays the town has endless activities for everyone. Don’t forget your gelato after housie on your way home!

Location spot on next to creek with river views from front door.
Walkable distance from just about anything..breakfast cafes, before dinner drinks, beach amd river activities, shopping.
Cabin is all accessible and HUGE!
Super clean amenities, a bbq plate on front verandah, quiet park despite being quite full.
Booking process quite aeemless and communicarion good at all stages of booking.
This particular cabin would also suit those with a toddler or aids which need the extra space to manoevre up side ramp from car or around cabin itself.
Front verandah spacious and all very clean.
The carpark is located right outside the cabin so only a very short walk up ramp to home sweet home.
Narives planted in gardens to attract birdlife which can also amuse you for some time.
Secueiry gati g with a code ro minimize rubberneckers is also a plus howwver the footpath along the creek is openly accessible ro public so the usual cautions apply eg lock car & cabin at night.
NB: This is a very popular area at all times of the year so allow plenty of notice to book your prederred site to avoid disappointment.
Fish cleaning facilities are also available for those keen to throw in a line.

I stayed here and found the location to be fabulous but the rest was disappointing.
Unfortunately campers and caravans are not kept in separate areas of the park, so you have a lot of activity close to your tents when a new van arrives. The caravans tend to sit over the tents and spoil any views you may have had, plus the caravans make lots of noise. You have the walking around the van noise (you hear the clomping on the flooring) plus a lot of the newer vans have toilets, microwaves, hot water units and even air conditioners so you get all that noise when you’re on ground level. Not good. Sleeping was very difficult and disturbed. I think the park management need to use common sense and organize things better as it was a real downer putting up with noise similar to that of a house rather than a campsite.
The other issue is the maintenance staff mow and use blower vacs where there is only dirt and stones! I don’t have to tell you how that ends. Just lacks common sense. The road that goes through the park is meant to be one way, but they have thrown loose gravel onto it instead of resurfacing and so the one way arrows are covered up and cars/bikes/SUV’s etc are often driving the wrong way on the roads if they don’t know because there’s no other signage so it’s interesting watching cars go head to head with no idea why. The other issue with laying cheap, loose gravel is (again) noise and it’s hell to walk on. Don’t forget your thongs!
Overall this place is in a great spot, but poorly managed and organized and without any real thought about running it effectively, peacefully and sensibly. It is very expensive to have a site, which may well be because of the proximity to shops and the river, but if you can’t sleep, walk around without yelling to the heavens or avoid machinery from surrounding campsites, what’s the point? I recommend other, more peaceful and better managed parks in the area. Of which there are many.

Hello Elspeth, We are glad you found our location to be fabulous. We agree, the our close proximity to the river, beach and town is very convenient. We are unable to link your review to a booking under your name. Please contact our team direct so we can discuss with you any issues you found during your stay. Thank you for bringing to our attention some of the things you were unhappy with. The caravan and tents sites are mixed as many of our guests like the option of camping next to their friends/family. Often groups bring a mix of caravans, camper trailer and tents. We also like some of our Premium Sites to be open to tent set ups not just caravans so they can also enjoy the water views. Our park does have a 'camping only' section and this is from Sites 143A to 201 in the southern end of our Park. No caravans or motorhomes are permitted in this area. Perhaps this area may be better suited for your needs in the future. The Simpson's Creek is protected by Cape Byron Marine Park zoning. There are three internal access points where our guests can access the water and these are shown on the Park Map. There are also signs along the creek edge letting guests know where these are. We like to do our bit for marine conservation. The section of road you are referring to has been newly laid so the stones are currently loose but, it has been noted to complete this area in the near future. Our Grounds Team have a big job keeping our Park maintained during the busy Summer holiday period and they do try to carry out grounds work with the least disturbance to our guests. Apologies if the gardening machinery disrupted your stay. We hope you return to Reflections Terrace Reserve and please feel free to call us to discuss your stay. Kind regards Elly & Jack Wilson Park Managers Reflections Terrace Reserve

Pristine water ways surround this park that was an absolute joy to stay at. We had a riverside cabin with 2 bedrooms that were well appointed and very comfortable. The living/dining/kitchen areas were well thought out appointed areas and very comfortable .
Bathroom had a great shower and very serviceable. We loved the verandah with uninterrupted river views, a comfy outdoor setting chairs alongside a meticulously clean BBQ. Divine. We will definitely return

Ordinary Park and so overpriced for what you get. Staff on checking in were great but that’s where it ended. Put up the back with ordinary views of the creek with ordinary amenities and camp kitchen and no where near worth $340 for the 5 nites in off peak time of early September.Left here and went to the fantastic Big 4 at Sawtell and only paid $45 per nite and talk about a difference and feeling ripped off by Reflections and definitely won’t be back to Brunswick Heads

These people need a touch of reality. We booked a premium site at a cost of $71 per night. What we got was a site that was 240 meters from the amenities block one way and 160 meters to the olelder block which did not even have hot water. We couldnt even see the river from this site . We were told all river front sites were premium. I suggedted they were kidding. The receptionist said it is because of where we are. I told the little princess that we I had just come from Noosa, on the river @ $55 per night and this is not Noosa. Extremely high handed attitude and we along woth many of others will not be back
The abulutions blocks were dirty and desperately in need of a good clean
Pathetic!!!!!!

Sensational cabin by the river with everything you need! Close to the beach, the river and the local shops! Beware the local pub is pretty expensive though; a beer and a glass of wine was $29? Maybe I dont get out much? We had a 2 be cabin that was roomy and comfortable with a great front deck with a view of the river. Would definitely return again
