Dropped in on a cold day to sit beside the fire and have devonshire tea. Services was good and the scones & jam were great. This place is an institution (I first came here 45+ years ago) and whilst we do not stay here when in Bowral it is always nice to visit.

Overnight stay in Bowral for a wedding. Nice location, the gardens kept nice. The staff were friendly and pleasant. The room was clean and presented nice. The bathroom was clean but a bit small but otherwise a very pleasant experience whilst staying at the resort. I would stay there again.

Clean and reasonably comfortable. Unfortunately there was a roudy wedding group booked which spoilt the otherwise peaceful ambience. There is a courtyard with air con units and water heaters which back onto a lot of rooms and it was a bit like sleeping in a laundrette all night with the constant humming noise. A great breakfast was the saving grace...

Stay was good. Dinner in the restaurant was excellent. Be prepared to carry your bags up a number of flights of stairs. Beautiful grounds and an excellent area to stay in for a nice relaxing weekend away.

Hotel has a lot of history and is on a great location, close to Bowral town centre and Berrima. Being an old hotel, the room was slightly noisy at night. Overall Hickoryms restaurant was good value and good food. Would stay again.

Stayed here in late February, lucky for us it was a cool weekend as our room didn't have air-conditioning. The grounds were just stunning and the building was in good condition for its age. The room was small, but who needs a big room when its just the two of you. Rooms were clean, the lounge area was cosy we...

Had a friend's wedding here, and had an excellent time with good service, nice rooms and the most beautiful views and grounds complete with golf course and tennis courts. Being able to host a function here and pop up to your room in the same building at any time is incredibly convenient.

View from balcony was the mower in its shed? How about a view of the golf course? Great restaurant, menu and service. At the pre dinner bar it was hard to find a bar person to get a drink, wasn't just us but also other guests

We loved the main building and the gardens, dinner in the restaurant was great, the staff were all very helpful but the accommodation lets the place down, the rooms are very small and the beds extremely uncomfortable, which was a real shame.
