We stayed at Peppers over the weekend for a wedding. Rooms were extremely comfortable. While the rooms were small, they were furnished perfectly with a big shower, big bed, and air conditioning. I would recommend Peppers to anyone staying in Bowral!

Excellent wait staff and food, room tired, bugs, carpet dreadful (we are in floor business so notice these things), poor first impression as walk up stairs to room allocated. At top of stairs is chaise lounge. For no reason looks like it is left over furniture!

Stayed at Peppers Craigieburn after a friend organised an extended weekend away for 2 couples. On first impression the grounds are beautiful and it looks lovely but it's really only suited to someone who plans to do nothing but golf. And I mean nothing. There are no facilities - there is no pool, there is no gym - only golf...

Recently stayed at Peppers for a night. The staff when we checked in were nice. Although were not very helpful. The room was tiny and the sahred verandah looked directly at what seemed to be old horse stables turned into the maintenance department. There was no information books in the room to show what was in the local areas. The...

After several visits to Craigieburn, we found on each occasion there is a real need for the cleaners to be supervised and their worked checked. Bathrooms, rooms, veranda's especially the furniture on the verandas, unable to be used. Service in the restaurant was very good by some of the staff.

We had a one stay and it suited our requirements. Nice hotel and rooms were ok. Not all rooms have air-con. Wifi costs extra. Just be aware if you are booking a day spa treatment, they have no facilities onsite.

We've stayed at Peppers a number of times in the past and always been impressed. Much about this Peppers was a bit tired. The rooms have no safes and you have to pay for wi-fi, really in 2017. The picture you seen in promotional photos is only the small central part, the wings to either side look like a cheap...

The staff were amazing the way they looked after us and our guests every need with a friendly smile. They decorated our honeymoon suite as a nice surprise in the evening of our wedding. Fabulous venue, highly recommend :)
