The hotel has high energy due to the history and the magnificent garden. We enjoyed 6 nights in a standard room doing our annual summary and planning. There's very good view from the room. We liked to sit in the arm chairs looking outside from the room with a cup of tea. We also liked to wak in the garden...

These grounds are beautiful, they made me feel as though I was in a Jane Austen novel. The hotel is a little dated and would be spectacular after a renovation. The grounds are definitely worth the visit.

We booked and paid for a Forest Suite a couple of weeks prior to our stay. They contacted me shortly before our arrival to say that they'd double booked and we could no longer have that room style. Having no time to organise alternative accommodation, we were assured that they would place us in a room equal to or higher...

The old Hordern residence converted many years ago into accomodation, spa ,pool and many small rooms for coffee and sandwhiches. There was a tasteful funeral spread out under the huge tree at front of hotel,we walked the gardens after a coffee and great lamb sandwhiches, looking through water features and the oldest and largest Tulip tree in Australia. The rose gardens...

I recently was invited to visit Milton Park for lunch and a walk through the "magnificent" gardens, a result of the work of the Hordern family, owners of Milton Park from 1910-1960. What a sad, sad site. It appears that these stunning gardens lack any sort of maintenance other than lawn mowing. In particular, it is clear that the rose...

We came to Milton Park for a weekend away before our first child is born. The hotel is in desperate need of new carpets and paint. The restaurant looks dirty because the carpets are so tracked out and paint is flaking off everywhere. In our room the bathroom looked grotty (see photos) and much of the famous Milton Park gardens...

Went to restaurant at Milton Park for friends birthday lunch - what a tired venue. They had lost our booking but were able to find us a table (only two other people dining in the entire place!). The front entrance is unkempt - needs a good clean and weed. Not inviting. It's a beautiful room to have lunch in but...

My husband and I were fortunate enough to have our wedding at Milton Park on the weekend, with many of our guests staying at the carriage house afterwards. It was a great experience; the gardens are phenomenal, food is delicious, and staff are exceptional; they went out of their way at all times, from wedding planning, entertaining our 10 month...

I went there for work and I was blown away by how stunning the property was along with its hotel grounds. Rooms were beautiful and clean I had their tasting menu for dinner and it was delicious. Cocktails were amazing. Great service too. Breakfast was good. Nothing overly exciting but good food and again, good service. My only disappointment was...

Flew to Milton Park by chopper from Bankstown airport for a business/Christmas lunch. The food was amazing the wine list was extensive. Had a very nice Gaspatiou soup and then duck. Even the sides were very fresh and nice. Beautiful charming well maintained grounds. Only wish I had more time to walk around and enjoy. Definitely coming back
