Greeted at the door by the friendliest lady. Our room had everything we needed and was comfy and clean. The room was very quiet due to double glazed windows. Dined at the Chinese restaurant next door and served by Sue who was so friendly. The...More

With a perfect location in the main street, this B and B has been the best place we have stayed in this area. The tastefully restored old bank building is full of harm and character. We stayed in the spa room, which was spacious and...More

We received a friendly welcome, and we're shown to our room with a spa bath. It was comfortably furnished in a traditional style with an old fireplace in the room. An in room fridge and kettle were unusually not provided, although we could use the...More

Hi AgathaMaud you have made a comment about our accommodation, firstly when you phoned us and booked the twin room you were quoted $140-00 because you used two beds, if you had only used one double the cost is $110-00, twin share is not priced on our web site. As for the cost of the soup you ordered a meal size soup this was twice the size of the entree soup so the extra $2-00, i believe is justified. The continental breakfast normally comes with tea or instant coffee when you asked for two cappuccino I obliged and did not charge you for them which would normally be $4-50 each. With regards to the TV storage up stairs , the big flat screen is for the guests to watch the older one underneath is for the children to to play games or watch videos. The ironing board and iron are for guest use. This building is one hundred and fifty years old is heritage listed so that is where we get the name Heritage House from. I hope we have satisfied your quires as you can see by our ratings we try very hard to please our guests. Les & Priscilla Heritage Guesthouse
