Mt Hay lives up to it's name as a peaceful and tranquil location perched on top of a 'mountain' with fantastic views. Anthony and Louise were super friendly and the advice they gave around local watering holes and eating places did not disappoint. Accommodation was good and did not disappoint. Only call out is making sure you bring your own food and/or go nearby to have meals. Not a big issue but we often did not want to drive at night. Overall 5/5. P.S. Great for photography as the event horizon was to picture perfect.

We picked My Hay for a much needed “kid free” getaway and we were not disappointed!! The views, the room and overall experience was amazing - we haven’t been that relaxed in years. Great hosts and it was very hard to drive away from the property after our stay.... Can’t wait to go back!!!

The Big Blue suite was absolutely amazing. Anthony and Louise made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The view from our suite something to behold, so beautiful to be able to lay in bed and watch the sunrise across the rolling hills out to the ocean. Very comfortable bed and pillows, a wonderful night's sleep. Ensuite with walk in shower with full length garden window on one side and a view straight out to the rolling hills on the other (with the sliding door open if you choose to do so, why wouldn't you!) . Large outdoor tub, luxurious. Comfortable lounge for TV area, small 2 seat dining table inside and out. Microwave, pod coffee and kettle. You could stay all day in your suite just taking in the views, reading, writing, watching movies - so quiet. Bring your own food for continental breakfast, short drive down the hill to Berry for lunch or dinner. Wonderful guest indoor lap pool with spa, outdoor chess, amazing swing, beautiful gardens. We only saw other guests very infrequently in passing, it felt like we were in a small but very grand Australian paradise. The privacy, peace and tranquility of the location outstanding. Thank you for a wonderful stay, we will definitely be back.
