I really wanted to like this place as I love Berrima. But...... I am convinced that, apart from an exception or two, the decor here dates back to the late 70s, early 80s. The carpet was stained and grubby. The shower had shower curtain., the cheapest one money could buy. The old pine furniture should be tossed out, or painted...

I have stayed at the Berrima Bakehouse Motel on several occasions and always enjoy the pleasant informality - if a staff member is not available, collect your key, park your car and enjoy. In the winter the first thing to do is turn on the heating - quick and easy to do, no complicated instructions and warmth almost immediately. The...

Just an average 3 star motel but with good electric blankets for those cold nights, we stopped there on a trip from melbourne to newcastle.. problem was reception closed at 6 pm so after that time keys were left for customers

Very friendly service on arrival by Barbi. And a lovely, comfortable room with wifi. The river walk beside the motel is recommended. All the cafes, craft shops and historic sites are at your doorstep. The perfect Berrima accommodation.

Pretty sure the 70s were the last time things changed here. The room was clean though, but very very cold, had the heat running all night and that made in bearable. Good central location, parking no problem. Reception could be friendlier, but not really bad.

This is a lovely and comfortable motel in a pretty and historic country town. We stayed here for the night during a friends wedding nearby. We stayed in a courtyard room on the bottom level. The room was very basic but was spacious, clean, cosy and comfortable for a short stay. Good heating for a cold rainy night and decent...

Lovely motel. Basic but clean and cosy. We were the only people staying so had no noise issues but imagine in high season it would be quite noisy as the walls were thin. The room had free wifi as we were in one of the terrace rooms on the second floor, ups small flight of stairs. I think otherwise it...

We were greeted warmly. Our room was comfortable although dated. A bonus was a real coffee machine plus toaster so we could prepare our own breakfast. We took advantage of their excellent deal to have dinner at the award winning Eschalot Restaurant across the road. The grounds were pretty with BBQ facilities. It is well priced. We would certainly stay...

Very basic motel room with older style bathroom. It is in a very pretty, historic town positioned right in the middle. Across the road is a pub that serves good bistro style food. The reception staff were extremely helpful as we were arriving later than anticipated so they left our key under the doormat. Comfy bed and very quiet.

We had a very comfortable one night stay in the Berrima Bakehouse Motel. The room size wasn't overly large, but it was fine for the two of us. It's a little dated with a small freestanding wardrobe, but otherwise it was nice enough. The shower had great water pressure and the water temperature remained hot throughout. The queen size bed...
