Location was superb. Could see the ocean and bay from the room directly across the road out our window - superb view. Great pub next door (good atmosphere, recently renovated, modern, great views of the bay, great food, good live music) and yet it didn't keep me awake, despite going to bed about 10:30pm. Cafes within metres out the front door. Relatively short stroll to marina. The room itself is old but clean and nice, and it's perfectly functional. It's also spacious, comfortable and light. The owner Pam is elderly (75+?), takes no crap and is a real 'character' - don't mess with her - we liked her. Car Park area is secure. Very happy we booked here.

Normally I would prefer modern, but this dated property has an unusual appeal. The room was comfortable and clean and had a great view over the ocean, the park and the hills too. Pam, the owner, was very helpful, cheerful and chatty. I note in another traveller's review they mentioned "the security chat", well we got that too lol :). I was concerned about being next to the hotel, but it didn't bother us at all, in fact it was very peaceful in the evening. It's a great location close to shops etc. We'll be back.

Great place to stay. Nice clean room with comfortable big bed. Great view of the ocean. Warm host. Great check in. Secure parking of road at rear of the property with camera surveillance.what a wonderfull stay.

Great motel. Super clean, perfect location. Pam, the owner is super helpful. Walk to everything. Can’t fault it. Had a lovely stay and enjoyed the town. Right next to the pub, but didn’t really hear it at all on a Friday night.

The hotel is very close to the beach (just cross the road, walk across the park and you're there). The rooms are kept clean and although the decor is a little dated, everything is in working order.
The owner is a friendly elderly woman who won't mind having a chat when she spots you. The rooms have airconditioning as well as security screen door so you can leave the wooden room door open and let the air in.

Well we decided to stay here for 1 night during our travels. Unfortunately, it wasn't for us, it is very dated and the decor has a lot to be desired. The owners dog was peeing all over the place and the room smelt of urine. The owner is an elderly lady and we did feel sorry for her but unfortunately not enough to spend another $120 a night. We moved to another hotel on the same street.

There are good parking spots. Close to so many places to eat, relax have good time. The down side, the guests are taken to in a patronising tone and language!!! Why are the guests assumed as an idiot?

Motel is great and clean and room spacious. Pam the owner is friendly and very helpful. She is very proud of her place and works so hard

Having spent Christmas & New Year with family in Sydney took a few days out to drive south. Not knowing the area we stuck a pin in the map, & found Bermagui. The town is a delight, we managed to get a room at the motel. Again really excellent choice for us, located close by an Oyster Bar with local Kraft (sic) beer & other restaurants/ pubs etc. Beach just across the road. Walk round the headland a must ! Woolworths a stone throw behind. Room very clean & everytng you need Including a cafetière ! The countryside is spectacular & well worth a visit, & can recommend a stay here.
