Detailed Reviews
We stayed 3 nights in a 3 bed cottage along with 4 other families for a snow weekend. Great location close to Mt Selwyn and plenty of room for the kids to play. Cottages were reasonably clean, beds seemed old and quite hard however had everything we needed for our stay.

Stayed in a one bedroom cottage with our grandson for three nights and found the facilities and proximity to the snowfields excellent. Cabin was well appointed with large kitchen, lounge and dining area. Good heating from the gas heater and warmed the beds with the electric blanket. 30mins drive to Selwyn which was a great place for the kids learning to ski. Friendly staff if you have any problems or need information. Very well priced. Hope to be back with all the grandchildren in the next two years.

We stayed here for two nights recently, as a base for a day at Selwyn Snowfields. The cottage served us well. Particularly, it was clean and warm. Overall, it was at least as good as we expected. The managers were friendly and helpful as well.

Loved it. The owners were so welcoming and even arrived to welcome us with our choice of wine. The family had been unwell so had to change dates at the last minute which they were more than accommodating. Arrived still unwell and the owner seemed to keep an extra eye out on us (turns out I had pneumonia ) The rooms were warm and cosy and had everything we needed for our little snow holiday. The kids loved being so close to the cows and the views were incredible. Will definitely be back next ski season. Thanks for everything.

A very warm, comfortable, child friendly place to stay.
A little bit back in the ranch, but that's all good, adds to the character.
The fact that the kids had a huge play area was a bonus for us.
The food was Fantastic on the both nights we stayed, we went into town looking and came back as the local pub squashed everyone in.
I'd come back again - perfect if you are skiing with the family at Selwyn.

We stayed in cabin 14 of the Alpine Cottages and can't wait to return. The facilities are great and you have everything you could need for your stay. The cabins are comfortable and cosy and the bbq and fire pits are great. We saw the clearest winter night sky ever and wandered around the grounds exploring all that nature has to offer. The location is great for spending the days skiing at Selwyn and picking up supplies in Adaminaby is a breeze. Laurie is a fantastic host and couldn't be more helpful. Such a pleasure.

Loved the cabins. We stayed in a One bedroom cabin, and we found it perfect for our needs. Comfortable quiet and well equipped. Close to Mount Selwyn - about a 40min drive. Great for families. Fire pit and bbq area fantastic. Very pleased. Only (small) negative was that the bed was a little hard but other than that - perfect.

I stayed in a 3 bedroom cabin with a group of friends. The cabins are spacious and well optioned. The cabin was clean and tidy although, the previous guests had not washed up to my standard. Very close to fishing and skiing.
Our hosts were very friendly and welcoming.

Snowy Mountains Alpine Cottages
Hi Stuart and Rikke
Thanks for your enquiry.
Unfortunately I don't think I would be ably to help you for the week of 10 July 2017.
The 3 bedroom cottages only sleep 6, so the only way you could all fit in would be to have a 3 bedroom cottage and a 1 bedroom cottage. The only availability for 2 cottages in the week commencing 10 July is 3 nights from 11 July, and unfortunately the cottages are not close together.
Please don't hesitate to contact me if you have any further queries.
Regards
Laurie

Hi Anna - 3 June is still off peak so the rates on a 1 bedroom cottage are $100 per night and a 3 bedroom cottage are $155 per night. This price does not include linen (sheets, towels and pillow cases) which is available for $20 per bed per visit, if required.
Please don't hesitate to contact me if you have any further questions or if I can help for a booking. Bookings can also be made on line or by phoning me 02 6454 1120.
Thanks
Laurie
