We stayed at the Millisle B&B for a wedding on the first weekend in August. Everything about the Millisle is wonderful. The room we had was lovely and beautifully decorated. The clawfoot tub was perfect for a luxurious soak. The bed had the most comfortable mattress in the world. My husband, who has a hard time sleeping in a bed...

We stayed at Millisle mid-week to celebrate my birthday. Everything was wonderful. Hugh and Debra's hospitality, the food, the room, the location....we will definitely be back. Although there were other guests staying that night, we enjoyed complete privacy. The short walk into town allowed us to go back and forth a couple of times....first an early morning walk and then...

Hugh is a fabulous host. The B&B is a lovely, warm, welcoming spot conveniently located. Debra's breakfasts were outstanding. We can't wait to return there in the near future and enjoy one of her spectacular dinners.

We had a suite. It was very nicely appointed. We were treated when we arrived to whatever beverage we desired. It was served out on the beautiful veranda. Our hosts were very friendly and had many stories to tell. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was superb! We would stay here again if we were in the area. Debra...

Close to everything, short walk gets you to the old mill and bridge. Rooms are huge and beds are comfortable. We had the room with the hot tub in the bathroom. Hugh & Debra are fabulous hosts! No requests were denied. Thank you!

This was our second time staying here. This time we decided to have dinner cooked by Debra. I highly recommend this fine dining experience to anyone staying here! We enjoyed dinner as well as the breakfast the next morning. The rooms are beautiful. We chose to stay here for the location. Everything is within walking distance including the annual Merrickville...

We stayed at Millisle Bed & Breakfast for two nights at the end May 2016. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Hugh was a wonderful host; no request was denied. A highlight of our visit was sitting out on the beautiful verandah for a happy hour glass of wine or a G&T. Also enjoyed hearing about Hugh and Deborah's adventures in...

My wife and I stayed at Millisle for a mini-break of cycling near the Rideau River and Canal. The highlight of our stay was being served gourmet breakfasts outside on the wrap-around veranda. After cycling on several very hot days, it was very refreshing to be offered cold water, beer or wine to slake our thirsts. The accommodation was very...

We have stayed here three or four times and each time we thoroughly enjoy it. We've experienced dinner here once and it was great. Breakfasts are superb. Deb finds out what you like and usually has a selection of three or four dishes she will make. The coffee, juice, homemade jams, etc. are all first class. Usually we are welcomed...

It was almost 8 years ago that we first discovered Milleisle. We were building our house outside of Merrickville and when old friends decided to visit, we booked them there for the night. The second they saw the beautiful Victorian house with the warm comfortable rooms they phoned us and suggested we stay there too. It was winter and we...
