Gwyndra House is located near to the bus and railway stations in St Austell, from where we found it to be easy to get to Charlestown, Mevagissey, St Mawes, Truro, and Falmouth. The accommodation is excellent: convenient location, a spotless and large room with walk-in shower/WC; tasty breakfast and very friendly and hospitable proprietors. It is only ten minutes walk...

This place is a rare gem of a B and B. So centrally located in St Austell Cornwall you can bus/train to all attractions within easy walking distance from there. The B&B itself is a delight. It's roomy, very clean and the hosts Jackie and Jim couldn't be more welcoming on arrival. Rooms had everything you need and breakfast was plentiful...

Stayed here for 4 nights in September. We arrived to a lovely warm welcome, and the house is gorgeous, we stayed in The Red Room. The room was very spacious and clean, with a good hospitality tray, and a good sized en-suite. The breakfasts are really plentiful, and cooked to perfection, Jackie is ever so friendly, nothing is too much...

This B&B is one of the best we've stayed in. Nothing was too much trouble for Jackie the hostess. Breakfast was great every morning and Jackie went to great lengths to make sure it is exactly as you want it. The room was lovely and very clean and we had access to a lovely roof terrace if we wanted to...

We spent a week here and, thanks to the efforts of Jackie & Jim, we had a wonderful stay. Having travelled here by train we would have to rely on buses and trains for our transport around Cornwall. Both bus and rail stations were a matter of yards away - brilliant ! The Green Room, with its own balcony, was...

A very Hospitable atmosphere, Jackie was wonderful, Room was the B's Knee's. I wanted to take the bed home with me. A Shower that you could run around in! As I am 6"4' tall. Big beds and showers are a must, I cant stand the usual small bath with a shower in (bloody shower curtains always want to wrap themselves...
