My parents stayed in your hotel for a couple of nights this week and they found the hotel very clean and friendly. They were very impressed with the service and the politeness of the staff, especially a man called Jack who helped them with their bags and was very friendly towards them.

We had a 3 night stay on a Groupon and is definitely value for money. The hotel is clean tidy and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. The food you couldn't fault it was delicious. Room was basic but comfortable all you need really as the hotel is so central to lots of places you won't need much time...

Probably the nicest hotel in central St Austell. Recently refurbished (at least our room was), nice and modern, big walk in shower in the new bathroom. Nice bar and restaurant downstairs, good selection of local ales and especially the local gins. Very friendly helpful staff. Also has a free car park opposite the hotel but limited to about 10 cars...

Nice hotel with friendly staff. The restaurant cooked lovely food. Probably the best place to stay within the heart of st Austell. The rooms were of a good standard and the bar area was nice with an open fire, great for a chill in the evening

We stayed here for one night a couple of weeks ago and from the photo's it looked lovely. We phoned and spoke to a very helpful lady on reception on the Monday prior to our visit on the Friday. She recommended that we stay in a particular room because it had enough room for our 11 month old son. This...

St Austell is only 25 miles or so from where we live, but we've never really spent any time in the area except to go to the Eden Project. We stayed there two nights, Sunday and Monday, with breakfast thrown in. An an evening meal. On Sunday they have Salsa, so we switched our meal to the Monday, although we...
