Stayed on business, check in was slow. Double room booked, twin room given, they offered to put beds together which they did, but they did not join properly so kept falling down the gap! Paid for wifi but it kept cutting out. Overall not good. On the upside it was clean.

Clean, great location and great value... Stayed with family for overnight stay. Quiet location and friendly staff. Damp smelly room upon arrival but soon subsided with air freshener. Beds uncomfortable and I'm afraid to say no way as comfy as Premier Inn.

Travelodge always a good stay, sorted our problems quickly and to our satisfaction. Well located for visiting the local area. Easy access to town. Food in bar good and reasonably priced, pity the drinks aren't. Really enjoyed

Stayed here on a couple of separate occasions whilst visiting my father who was poorly. The Travelodge, is a port in a storm, you pay for wifi, unless you book before hand, either per day or week, depending on the duration of your stay. I took dinner here, and I am vegan (panic).... they accommodated me very happily, and took...

We were visiting the Eden Project, approx a 10 min drive away. The hotel was spotless, comfortable bed, decent sized room and bathroom... everything we needed. Slight down side was the room was warm... but that might have just been me... and the pillows were a bit firm for my liking but again that's a matter of taste. The mattress...

We found staff very helpful. My comments are based on the fact that first room toilet did not flush and should have been reported by cleaner and fact that there did not seem to be a standard room layout / set up for cleaners to follow.. ie one day only 1 towel left next 4 etc

Many thanks for reviewing our St Austell Travelodge and taking the time to share your Positive experience with us and we're pleased to hear the staff were friendly and kind. We hadn't visited Cornwall for over 30 years so wanted a central location to explore the southern coast. This location was perfect. Having used Travelodges many times we knew what to expect but we were pleased to find that all went to plan this time - clean rooms, friendly, helpful staff, good breakfasts, easy parking. Could not ask for more.
