I stayed at boscundle end of October for one night. I arrived around 9.30pm due to travelling from London. The reception was unmanned but the owner came to greet me after a call using the phone on the reception desk. The owner was very nice and showed me around the premises. I was given a complimentary upgrade. The room was...

Had a lovely time at this hotel Staff very welcoming and friendly. Love the quirky layout. The pool and hot tub were good. Had an evening meal here which was lovely but we felt a bit expensive. Wine list dear too. Cheapest bottle I think was £21. Only other negative water in our bathroom was not hot at all. Had...

Spent a very relaxing Spa day package for daughter's birthday. We were given a Red carpet welcome with a personal greeting at the door wishing her a Happy birthday. Very nice, personal touch. Teagan, was our exclusive hostess , our masseur, and our waitress for the day and was perfect. Only a young girl but very professional and excellent at...

Solid and welcoming appearance. Evident attention to the general presentation. Room well appointed, bed comfortable. Breakfast was good with an excellent home made muesli and nice a range of cooked options. Staff were helpful. BUT Low season visit on a cold day and night. Sitting room log fire had a minimum of wood, so not very cosy. Dining room (we...

I booked Boscundle Manor on a Red Letter Day gift voucher after looking through the website for a nice hotel in the St Austell area so we could visit the Eden Project. Booking was simple and we were able to specify a particular room and we chose ‘Elizabeth’ because I liked the look of the four post bed and private...

This is the most fantastic venue for special events. Sharon & Dave are so welcoming and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are all unique, very well equipped and sumptuous amenities. Our room was the Daphne Du Maurier...which to be honest is so much more than a room....a suite would be more accurate, and the bathroom is fantastic....

We stayed in the room Louisa which was huge with a large modern ensuite with jacuzzi bath with a shower above. The room was clean and in very good condition. The swimming pool and hot tub were great facilities to have, we used them...

My daughter and I stayed here for a couple of nights. We stayed in Dorothy which, as the hotel says, is a small room so we knew what to expect. However we wanted a twin room and it was a lovely place to stay. A previous reviewer commented on the state of the bathroom. Yes, it is a little shabby...
