Stayed here this weekend with my husband but found to be disappointed....... rooms were nice, but missing little extras I would expect in a hotel of this star, complimentary shampoo/conditioner, slippers etc The restaurant and food was good in the evening, the head waitress was second to none when it came to customer service. b However.....the morning was a complete...

Was a great stay, very clean, food was amazing. The spa was lovely, I had a fantastic massage from Sadie the beautician would definitely recommend her. Only down fall was the receptionist was not very welcoming on arrival, doesn't take much to smile and be happy. Other than that the rest of the staff was very helpful and lovely.

My husband and I had an absolutely fabulous stay. Gorgeous setting; staff so friendly and helpful; food amazing; had a facial with Vanessa in the spa - very knowledgeable of the treatment process and products used very good quality. Facilities/services within hotel and its spa outstanding. Should definitely be five star rated.

Just got back from a really relaxing break. Got a deal from Secret Escapes for 2 nights with a 3 course dinner included. The hotel is in a nice location, beautiful exterior and interior. The overall service was really good, check in and check out didn't take longer than a couple of minutes. Everyone was friendly and we always got...

We arrived to be shown our room close to the ramp to the lift and restaurant and front desk promptly on arrival at 5 pm after a 7 hr drive from London . The staff were friendly and helpful . We had not included breakfast in our Tarif but decided by 8 am opening it was too late to eat...

Lovely location. This has the potential to be incredible but sadly attention to detail let them down during our say. For example reception staff didn't say good morning or acknowledge your presence in the foyer. There were trays of food left for long periods in the corridors, the TV in the room didn't work and the tap on the sink...

New year break at hotel excellent food and staff, special mention to Rachael on reception and Mark and Craig in the restaurant, the new years celebration was excellent. We walked into St Austell which is 20 minutes away and they have a brewery which you can tour, there are also self catering lodges on site.

We stayed at the Cornwall Hotel and Spa back in October 2016 - for one night, with dinner, bed and breakfast. We had booked online a day or two before and, as a result, on arrival we were asked to present our debit card (just be aware if you think that payment has already been made!). The room we stayed...

See reviews from others to get a full rundown of Christmas at the Cornwall. We went to Cornwall to get married. The family had a wonderful time. The spa, pool and gym are fantastic. Rooms were very clean and the food was of a very high quality. The breakfast choice was extensive. No complaints whatsoever and thoroughly recommend it. Great...

Still a nice place to stay. Clean, lovely décor, nice atmosphere. We used the spa, my wife had some treatment, and I used the pool, sauna and steam room. We had a meal in the restaurant on the first evening, very nice. On the second evening we had a meal down the road, at Kingswood, which was to die for,...
