Just returned from 3 nights with Patsy and Paul - what wonderful hosts! Rooms are very clean and well equipped and the breakfasts were magnificent. Nothing was too much trouble , and we look forward to visiting again. Fully recommend this b&b.

Had an amazing stay for 4 nights. Patsy and Paul were very friendly and attentive. Rooms were clean and well equipped. Breakfast was delicious and well organised. Would definately stay again if we visit St Austell in the future. Really relaxing stay.

We stayed here at Patsy & Paul's wonderful B&B in August 2014. We liked it so much we came back & stayed again! They are brilliant hosts who make you feel very much at home. Their local knowledge is excellent & they go out of their way to help you (even putting our frozen pasties in their freezer for us)....

There was a very nice welcome by Patsy when we came in, and after a small talk and explanation about the breakfast menu we should fill in, we were shown the room. It was a twin room, quit...
