A very pretty and unusually-fronted bungalow at the end of an attractive street with a park next-door. The rooms were very clean, comfortable and attractive, with interesting artwork on the walls. There were generous complimentary shower-gels and lotions and soft towels. There was a good selection of breakfasts, which were well cooked. Shane and Terry were very hospitable and very...

We have just returned from a great 4 days. Shane and Terry are good hosts. The breakfasts are the best that we have had in a B&B. We were welcomed by Shane with tea and biscuits which was nice after a long journey. The room we had was on the small side but well equipped. Beech Tree is well situated...

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We are pleased that you enjoyed your stay with us and look forward to seeing you again one day. Regarding your comment that your room was a 'bit on the small side',I just wanted to say that all our rooms meet and infact exceed the miminmum requirement required by...

We stayed for 4 nights and had really enjoyed the breakfasts each morning. Hot, well cooked and as ordered. Slightly odd to share a table with other guests but also a good way of getting to know people. It's in a good central location and we were able to do a lot of local attractions and visit and a good...

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We are happy that you enjoyed your stay with us and thank you for your comments. Whilst we endeavour to seat guests seperately, at busy times (all guests requiring breakfast at the same time) it may be necessary on occasion for guests to share a table. We find that...

We stayed at the Beech Tree with our greyhound Lily, for 3 nights this March. Our room was very comfortable and immaculatley clean. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were delicious. The guest house is next door to a small park which was perfect for walking the dog, and very close to the train station, but we...

We stayed at Beech Tree for 2 nights in January. Shane and Terry are the best hosts and gave us SO much information about Cornwall which we enjoyed exploring. There was a breakfast form in each room for us to fill our breakfast requests in on. The bedrooms were very comfortable and well decorated. We had never been to Cornwall...

Terry and Shane were wonderful hosts. They were very helpful to answer any questions and give area advice. The room was comfortable and very clean. They might think about getting a folding luggage stand to put your luggage on. Good breakfast selections and tea and coffee in the room. They are really close to the train/bus station and city center...

We stayed here for 3 nights last week and everything was perfect. Shane and Terry were excellent hosts, friendly but not intrusive and nothing was too much trouble. Lovely rooms, superb breakfasts; wonderful. Will certainly stay again.

We have just spent four nights at this excellent B & B. We were visiting family and needed somewhere convenient for the train station. We couldn't have been any closer.
