Hotel set in a small village of Saint Agnes Cornwall.
Staff really friendly and got to know all off my coach party well.
Rooms clean and well stocked coffee and tea.

We stayed 2 nights as we were down for a wedding. Friendly staff and good food but if you have a room overlooking the car park be prepared for coaches starting their engines around 7.15 am. Our bathroom was very small.
