My husband and I spent a night at the Britannia Inn and Waves, and we really enjoyed our stay. We both agreed that it had the sleek finish of a large chain, but the personal touch of an independent business - the perfect combination for us. We found the accommodation, service and food all fantastic. Our room was large, clean...

Absolutely lovely, went to the Eden project, and was really easy to get to from the hotel. Very helpful staff, very large airy room and had a lovely evening meal and breakfast. Really enjoyable stay would recommend to anyone, lots of outside space and play area for children staying.

Kids meal was well priced and good portions but steaks over cooked and no seasoning, wasn't prepared to wait another 20mins for a steak to be cooked right so made do but were offered free desserts which were ok, nice location just shame on food side!

Stayed here for one night whilst visiting St Austell. B&B easy to find and good location (although not much within walking distance unless you want a market or kids play centre) free parking. booked dinner in the restaurant, but due to quietness, we chose to eat in the lounge bar for some more atmosphere (staff were more than happy to...

High standard rooms with excellent cleanliness. Very friendly staff and great food! I chose this hotel for its close proximity to the client. Still ideal for a walk into St Austell, Charlestown or the beach. Would recommend this both for leisure and for business.

I had my wedding here in september 2015 and it was absolutely brilliant. The rooms are gorgeous with a very at home feeling. The staff were amazing throughout all the planning and the whole day - it was just perfect. I would thoroughly recommend :)

This inn boasts AA 4* accommodation which it is. The room was beautiful, clean and very sophisticated. The food served in the restaurant was top notch, a little on the dear side but you get what you pay for. However the place is let down by the inn trying to cater to too many markets and failing badly. When we...

We were attending a funeral at Bodmin Crem. Arrived late afternoon and the staff were extremely helpful. Our room, Carlyon, was big, clean and had everything necessary. They managed to change our table for dinner to accommodate two others to join us and the meal was excellent as was breakfast in the morning. Very good and helpful staff all round,...
