Thank you for your review of the cottage. We also use it occasionally as rooms for the B&B as it has easy ground floor access and we can allow owners to bring their dogs. Hope to see you next year. Regards Geoff

    Questions & AnswersAsk a question
I was looking to stay at this B&B due to it's location and the quality of it's rooms, but the feedback about Geoff, along with his responses, is currently very off-putting. In this day and age, one would hope that people understand the value of customer service. Sometimes a simple "I'm sorry" goes a lot further than sarcastic remarks and can sometimes be the difference between a great stay and a stay at a pretty location. It might be a unique location, but the sort of sarcastic responses I have been seeing to what are reasonable issues and things to raise is likely to ward people away and I would urge Jessica to keep Geoff away from the responses. Nobody would generally question that people don't work hard in a place like this or have pride.. but sarcastic and rude responses will do nothing but tarnish the reputation. Am I likely to experience the same sarcastic responses if I have an issue or were to give an honest review of what I felt was a poor stay if it happened?

The walk wouldn't be bad, but I wouldn't do it in the dark. No street lighting and pavements. There is a bus stop outside though and the information pack in your room gives you the numbers of about 8 taxi firms
