Just returned from a 2 night stay at The Riverside, our second visit in 2 months, stayed with a group of friends, all the team at The Riverside are friendly, helpful and very accommodating - nothing was too much trouble. The rooms are spotlessly clean and well equipped (great hairdryer!). The breakfast was plentiful and unrushed which was great. We...

Spent 2 nights at Riverside over new year. Ross and his staff were first class, very welcoming and professional throughout our stay. Lovely room with biggest bed we had ever slept in, great bathroom with fantastic shower and views down the river to the sea. Breakfast catered for every taste with huge range of choices. We have been coming here for years and it never disappoints. The husband has difficulty walking and our room was up 2flights if stairs and a long way down the corridor. I spoke to Ross to explain and he gave us a choice of rooms we settled on room 14. A lovely lady was sent to help us move rooms...

We decided to overnight in the beautiful village of Boscastle, and we are so glad we chose The Riverside. After being shown to our room, we were very pleased to have the view down the river to the harbour from the window, and the room was clean and spacious. There was a good selection on the room tray for drinks,...

Very welcoming and helpful advice on arrival. The room was immaculate as was the bathroom. Comfy bed and pillows. Ate in the spiders Web (lovely food) as restaurant only open at weekends during winter months. The breakfast was really well cooked and plentiful. I would not hesitate to recommend a stay at the Riverside, it was fantastic. Thank you

Recently booked out the Riverside for a party of 26 staying three nights in October. Ross and all the team from the Riverside were magnificent. They catered obligingly for all the necessary requirements of a large party. It was a pleasure dealing with them and they made my job of co-ordinator especially easy. The party were very complimentary about the...

Beautiful little village very close to "Doc Martin's Village, Port Issac. The Riverside was extremely clean and comfortable. The restaurant in the Inn had delicious food. We ate there two nights. Breakfast was included and excellent. The service was very good with a friendly staff. It was a value. I would certainly recommend staying here.

Arrived about tea time to a very warm welcome. Up the main spiral staircase and along the corridor to our room which was warm and cosy. Lovely views of Boscastle and felt very at home. The Riverside had just shut its restaurant for the season but was recommended a nearby pub which suited us perfectly. Very comfortable room and bed.

Thank Kathleen B
