By far the quietest place I have ever stayed. Seagulls flew by a couple of times, but that is about it. You could hear a light breeze in the trees. Lovely walking trails, one of the best full breakfast and comfortable bath tub. The wife and I had a great three nights here.

What a find this place is! The welcome was friendly, the room was spacious and beautifully furnished and the breakfast outstanding. Heaps of information on hand about what to do and where to eat and - last but not least - shampoo and shower gel from the local herbery that was so wonderful we had to stop and buy some...

We enjoyed 3 very relaxing nights at this superb establishment. The room was incredibly comfortable and well kept with everything you could possibly need provided for. The breakfast was a real treat, with many home made treats to tempt you in addition to the excellent full English. The location is also very good, just across the road and you are...

We stayed here for 2 nights at the end of a week in Cornwall, and it was a welcome 48 hours of peaceful luxury. The owners Margaret and Morag are very warm and hospitable, and respectful of your privacy too. The room itself was light and airy with lovely views and a huge comfortable bed. The shower and bath were...

We enjoyed 3 nights in this exceptional B&B while touring Cornwall and surrounding area. On their website they state "the luxury of a hotel without the price tag". I certainy agree with their statement. The two ladies owning and running the place are nothing short of perfectionists. It's apparent everywhere you look around the property. The place was exceptionally clean,...

We stayed here for 2 nights and had a lovely stay. The couple who run the B&B are lovely and really helpful with local knowledge and events. The breakfast is amazing and the rooms are really nice. I agree with other reviews that the room on the ground floor can be noisy (i.e. you are opposite where breakfast is served...

This is the fourth time we have stayed at the Old Parsonage. We love coming here. We have stayed in three different rooms to date. All are spotlessly clean, beautifully and tastefully decorated, spacious and very well equipped. Our favourite is room 2 which is double aspect and has a lovely bathroom with roll top bath. Toiletries are high quality....

We had a lovely stay at The Old Parsonage a couple of weeks ago. We were warmly greeted by Morag and shown to our huge, clean and beautiful bedrooms, which had huge, comfy beds, nice, local toiletries and wonderful, soft towels. We were also offered tea and cake, which we consumed sat in the conservatory – a nice touch after...

There was absolutely nothing we could fault at the Old Parsonage. On a quiet little lane, the house is beautifully decorated, we loved the high ceilings and old wooden floors. All very attractive and welcoming. The bed was so, so comfortable and big - loved the white cotton sheets. Total luxury. The breakfast was delicious - all local produce and...
