Had a lovely evening at the Chiverton Arms. My friend and I were made very welcome and we really enjoyed the good food and excellent service in a friendly atmosphere. We chose to eat in the bar area to be less formal but the 2 dining areas were spacious and we will be returning without a doubt!

We often visit the Chiverton Arms, whilst it is a bit of a drive (so there is always a debate about who is driving), it is worth it. This unique and quirky pub always has a warm welcome for everyone, it offers a good range of draught beers (which are kept very well) and a great menu. We have had...

Have eaten here several times as a family, staff very friendly & obliging. Nice choice of menu & they have a specials board although they don't change much. Food & drinks are reliable & usually well cooked.

Stopped for lunch after visiting Porthtowan. Made to feel very welcome. Good selection of food, main meals and snacks. Tuna, cheese and red onion panini was delicious. Environment is an eclectic mix of soul/jazz, meets country house shooting weekend, meets the 3 little pigs on vacation in the orient. But it works wonderfully well. Overall excellent food, good value for...

Stopped here on our way back st Agnes, and I must say what a lovely pub this is. Plenty of parking. Lovely flowers beds and a little play area for children. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The food is absolutely fantastic and at reasonable prices and so are the drinks. Will definitely recommend.

We first visited the Chiverton Arms 2 years ago while on holiday in Cornwall, we were staying nearby at Trevarth Caravan site which is just round the corner 10 minute walk. We recently...

We had a staff lunch here and the food was superb. The lovely waiting staff could not do enough providing us with a 10 out of 10 service. I had the prawns in chilli and garlic with skinny fries and they were delicious. This fabulous pub is quite quirky and unusual inside but absolutely delightful I could eat that lunch...

We stopped off in the lovely but, with an unusual design. I loved it! The staff was lovely and welcoming, and the food was so nice. My 4 year old enjoyed the out door play area and I felt it was very safe. Definitely worth a visit! Lots of choices on the menu and specials board.

Popped in for dinner on the first night of our holiday and even though it was a Saturday and really busy, they found us a table. Large menu and portions, good choice plus specials board. Reasonably priced and very friendly staff who enjoyed a laugh. This pub is crammed full of weird and wonderful bric a brac, from football memorabilia...
