We don't mind a budget hotel as long as its presentable and friendly. The Rosemount failed on the presentable bit at least. Room was raging hot with no way to turn down the radiator leaving us to sleep with a second storey window wide open just to be able to breathe! Bonkers in December and a worry security wise. The... We have stayed in plenty of budget hotels so think we know what to expect but boy were we wrong. Upon arrival we were impressed that we were able to check in early but that was about the only plus. We normally always get 2 keys but we were told we could only have 1. We then proceeded to the... More

I was travelling with friends but ended up staying one day longer than the rest of the group, so I needed an inexpensive place to spend my final night in London. I went to the Rosemount at 10am on a Saturday (check-in opens at 2pm) hoping to check my bags. The lady at the front desk told me that although... More

This is a hotel, centrally-located and easy to find, but it's certainly not for a romantic weekend away. It's more suited to business travellers and,as such, it's OK. I didn't eat here but the facilities looked about right. The room was clean enough and the bed was fine.

Booked the hotel to watch the rugby at Twickenham. Great value, clean, staff excellent, only £58 for a Saturday night. Yes the toilet is small, but no big deal. Great couple of pubs nearby and Twickenham only a 20 minute walk away. Fantastic value and would book again.

When we arrived at the hotel the man on the reception desk was extremely pleasant and friendly. The room was basic but clean. We had tea/coffee making facilities with a generous amount of tea and coffee provided. We also had a fridge. There was a lot of traffic noise throughout the night here and the wifi signal was weak. On... More

Room Small, Toilet very small. I am 5, 7 and I had difficulty getting in and out of it. Bed Rock hard, pillows slimmer than an after eight mint. Blinds on the windows were old and tatty. The heat in the room was terrible but if you leave the windows open then you have to put up with all the... More

I stopped here for a week with a team of civils workers. The hotel is dated and in need of some repairs. The room was clean and has plenty of tea etc even takeaway cups for the morning. Good location close to Weatherspoons and Yates for food after work. It's an ideal construction workers or builders hotel but probably not... More

Stayed two nights at this hotel. would recommend to anyone for the following reasons. Close to a couple of pubs. Close to the underground trains. Free parking available. Free WiFi in the rooms. Good front house service. Helpful staff including handy information for travellers. The only thing you have to remember about this place is the bathroom is small. The... More
