Just to be clear I didn't overnight here so my review is based on how helpful and friendly the staff were and in my case I'm specifically talking about the early morning reception staff. Can't speak highly enough of them.

Over priced and under delivered. Dark, dingy, and tired. Handles missing off broken wooden windows, so could not secure them shut. Smoke alarm hanging from ceiling. Duvet cover ripped. Mattress thin and uncomfortable. Hairs all over the dirty, mouldy bathroom. I identified yellow liquid in the kettle! Could hear every footstep and breath from the people next door and above....

Absolutely the worst place ive ever stayed couldn't wait to leave. Room noisy small and creaky. I was kept awake all night by someone snoring in another room. They may as well been in my room. No sound proofing clearly plus noise ftom tv in other rooms. My room had no coffee just tea bags. When i complained the receptionist...

The hote was cheaper than a lot of hotels in the area and I would say offered a great value for money. Staff were all attentive and friendly. Hot shower was a bit quirky but there was always hot water plus tea and coffee which was replenished daily. The bedding was clean and ample pillows were provided, there was even...

We only needed an overnight stay and the Tudor Lodge popped up with seemingly competitive price. If you're not really fussed about the standard of equipment and decor then Tudor Lodge will suit you fine. Some of the rooms are detached from the main hotel in accommodation blocks and the walls/ceilings are very thin! Breakfast was buffet style with a...

Stayed 4 nights for a wedding, at a ground floor unit. Bedroom and bathroom were clean. Bed was large comfortable but pillows were very flat even with two combined. At night we could hear footsteps and crackling sounds (of the floors and doors) likely coming from the second-floor tenants. Free wifi in the lobby and certain rooms only. As our...

My wife and I stayed when visiting the area for a funeral. Stayed in the honeymoon suite which was large, spotlessly clean with a large comfort bed. Free wifi in the room and a good buffet cooked breakfast in the morning. Friendly staff, all in all very good.

We have stayed at this hotel several times as it is convenient to visiting friends. We stayed in room 24 - the wallpaper was hanging off there was mold in the bathroom. We could hear people upstairs moving around / using the toilet. As we booked through booking.com breakfast not included in the price. Staff at front desk not very...

I stayed here 2 nights. One night was in room 24 and one night was in room 4. I found that room 4 was very beautiful and cosy, however the toilette did not work and the shower kept changing between scalding hot and freezing cold. Also the room was quite noisy as you can hear the traffic and other guests...
