Excellent hotel, located just off M1/J36. Great facilities including swimming pool, good food and drink. It also has a great conference suite for all occasions.

Definitely not, the sauna, steam rooms are tiny and have a small tight entrance area which has a shower and is wet... the hot tub is elevated so has Steps up to it and then steps down into it xxx sorry not great news xxx
