The mattress cover did not fully fit onto the bed. there were yellow stains on the ill-fitted mattress cover. grime around the woodwork in the bedroom and a large burn hole in the curtain. the room was very dirty, stains up the walls and cobwebs behind the headboard. Despite the filth no refund!

Booked a package for a trip to Jersey from Manchester Airport. As I said on a previous review of this hotel, I can't understand the number of complaints. We were greeted by a friendly receptionist who explained the procedure for the following day. The room was spotless and very comfortable. Only downside was that the mattress was very hard. Happy...

The savaging of this hotel, particularly by this site had almost persuaded me to cancel.I don',t know if I got lucky but I have few complaints. Agreed some of the corridors could do with repainting and recarpeting but my room was clean and quiet the bed comfortable and the bathroom spotless. The 2 meals I had were good value and the...

We stayed on 11th March 17 for a flight next day. This place is fine as a place to explore from, reasonable prices friendly staff clean and tidy, however for what I wanted which was a good nights rest before my holiday I would not choose this hotel again. I must point out that this is because of the building...

Got to the room which was clean and tidy a little dated but I'm only sleeping in there so that didn't bother me. The bath room was nice and clean , the...

OK it was a Saturday night but so noisy we had very little sleep. The man on reception didn't ask if we wanted to book breakfast, it...

Booked this hotel for one night based on the location as I was in the area for business. The night I stayed there was also a national holiday coach party in. The hotel is dated as is the 'spa' could do with a makeover. The bar area was noisy due to the coach party. The staff worked hard and did...
