Draughty window, noisy motorway, hard bed, broken remote on arrival, only 2 cups in the room although there were 3 of us. Otherwise ok. Have stayed here before which was the reason for coming back. However the room wasn't as nice as my room last time.

Club rooms should be better soundproofed and smells nice. Overall staying was good and I'm looking forward to going back there. Only what I will ask different is location of the room - not from road side - was really noisy. In the lobby and pub there is a lot of people from outside so not sure about security but...

Staff great, good party function though very cramped. Hotel looks tired. TV remote U/S; standard lamp u/s; cracked window. Biggest problem was the disturbing noise from the function in the bedroom until 1 o'clock when we'd been told it would cease @ midnight. Herself was not pleased! We were given complimentary breakfasts to compensate for the TV remote, which was...

I had a corporate booking at this hotel with a special note i would be arriving late. When i arrived at 11am at night, the hotel staff refused to give me a room, telling me some rooms had been flooded. They did not apologize in any way and simply said they notified another village hotel in the "vicinity" (12 miles!)...

Came to this hotel for a business meeting. My room was upgraded, which was nice! Room was excellent - comfortable, and very spacious bathroom with great shower. Good meal in the restaurant in the evening.

Great atmosphere at the tribute night, food decent too. The singer was very good. Nice rooms, but poor lighting for getting ready, a little more attention to detail needed. Good breakfast, though restaurant a little small for number of guests so a short wait to get in. Overall a good stay, and would be happy to stay again. Leisure facilities...
