I enjoyed my stay the staff and facilities are great but I think it is very expensive Id stay again tomorrow if I could but it does cost a lot of money. The spa was amazing and it's a very nice and welcoming place to stay

I stayed as one of a party of business travellers in early Feb 2017. Check in is automated, my room was ok but not very clean. Bins hadn't been emptied and bathroom was a bit grubby, stray hairs in the sink and floor not properly washed. Good wifi. My stay was uneventful but one of my colleagues, arriving late but...

Booked on the "Valentines deal" for £99. Had access to the gym and swimming facilities all day - all fantastic. Massage was really good - 2x25mins treatment each. Masseuses were really nice. "Meal" and coffee was included. The "meal" was described as a light lunch and light it was !!! We ordered the chicken strips. And that's all there was....

It is a nice modern hotel with good facilities but several issues - room key didn't work, room not made up, lights in room didn't work after fuse blew. Limited menu in restaurant and poor breakfast . Covenient location for motorway.

Dreadful experience. This was the second time we stayed after an offer as the 1st was very poor. This was worse. Window wouldn't shut and 2 degrees outside. Move rooms to one that smelled of cigarette smoke!

We visit here at least twice a year. Staff are always welcoming and friendly. The pool area, gym and spa are a great way to chill. The hotel is not to far from local attractions. An enjoyable stay time after time.

I have been to a couple of work events here and have always really enjoyed the night meal and a good dance. Friends have stayed over and have highly praised the room and the facilities so with this in mind I decided to join as a member. Been going here for the last 3 weeks swimming and enjoying the gym...
