My husband and i stayed for one night while visiting family close by. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The room was very spacious, and spotlessly clean. We had a bath and power shower. Plenty of tea, coffee, biscuits and bottled water. The breakfast was pretty good too. Thank you.

Good value for money, and convenient for M42. Had overnight with family. Large clean rooms and quick service at breakfast. Free WiFi was useful, and tea and coffee in rooms. Would recommend for overnight stop.

I've just stayed here with my family Jane could not do enough she was very helpful nothing was to much. Even when it came down to letting us in when we were locked out after forgetting our card a few times. In the morning our car had suffered a flat battery over night and we could not be more thankful...

Booked through Booking.com, but if you book direct you get 20% off the food at the restuarant. Really good value here, two nights for £99. Great breakfast both days included in the price, not just a sausage, bacon, choice of egg and beans/tomato as stated on the menu, there is yoghurt, decent toast maker, cereals, pastries etc etc... The rooms...

Went to meadow farm Sunday 26th Feb, we waited a good 10 minutes for someone to show us which table we had booked sat down and as we looked the knives where dirty, a waitress came and took our drinks order, then we waited and waited and waited for a waitress to take our order for the meal we waited...

Have regularly eaten here over the years but this is the worst visit we have had. They have introduced a new loyalty system (TAPn) and when we enquired about it, they only had one card left but they would find us another one from the office, which didn't happen. The meal was ok, service was slow considering it was mid...

We had a couple of nights here and it was great value - especially when a full cooked breakfast is included to two people each morning. The room was nice, though the bed pretty firm for my liking. Staff we're pretty good, though a little tricky to track down at times. Slightly out of town but not far.

Food used to be average now very poor. The seabass steamed chips not fresh salad not always good. Went last year and waited 1 and half hrs for food then left, our waitress didn't come to us and say our food would be late we were just left sitting there watching other people eat.

Wow, really nice place. Stayed at the farm house looked stunning, great parking. But the room got really cold, you have to have the heater on all night. Breakfast was included (free) but the dishes weren't clean and I asked the staff there she told they were! Other then that was really good... 8/10
