Awesome hotel, easy to find, the facilities are superb, golf course is challenging but well maintained, a little slow on weekends however. Food is really good and rooms are stunning, very good nights sleep

Spa break for 3 generations celebrating a special birthday. An abrupt Receptionist checked us in. Room was ok but disappointed that there was no fridge. Beds were comfy though. Drinks machine in the spa lounge was not working properly, I was scaled by frothy milk which splattered out of the machine. Also a dirty mug was amongst the clean ones....

Only stayed one night, but the room was large and comfortable. Large king size bed, but a bit soft for my liking. The room was let down by not having air conditioning, which I would expect in a reasonably modern hotel. Front desk staff were groundout and helpful. Breakfast was buffet style, but the staff not so friendly. Not saying...

The whole day was most enjoyable, from the greeting in the morning to the service from the bar staff and waitresses. The golf course was in excellent condition and the room was both tidy and well laid out. Overall I had a very enjoyable stay at the Abbey.

Pleasant friendly hotel with good leisure facilities and comfortable bedrooms. It took me a while to find it, even using satnav, but it was worth it. It was a last minute booking and very reasonably considering the facilities and accommodation. Would definitely return.

Had a very good day of golf with hospitality provided. Overnight room was to a very high standard. Staff very polite and friendly with dinner very good. Well decorated throughout. Ideally situated from junction 2 on the M42. Edmunsons very happy with the venue as they use it each year to entertain there guests. Will use again in the future.

When we arrived in our room at first sight it was very nice but then at a closer look it was extremely dirty. There also aren't enough plugs in the room. The rooms are extremely hot and an electrical fan is not strong enough to cool the midday sun. On the first day we used the dos facilities but we...

Nice place, clean rooms , friendly staff but a typical hotel golf course. Not to hard but ends up under the bar terrace where all the not so sober guests are not all golfers if you catch my drift.food was nice but expensive and the breakfast room was so full we had to eat in the bar.

..........but the starters were the star of the show. ....which was the sole purpose of our visit. What is great about the fixed price menu is that it is now £13.95, for just two courses, so you decide whether you want to add desserts, The self serve buffet starters offered a great choice of cold meats, fish and salads, which...
